After a call and some other options through messages Ruby made it possible to find another one just like it ? they are so kind and willing to help in anyway they can. I recently lost my name necklace that I had for 19 years and I was able to send Joyeria Los Angeles a picture of the necklace and they was able replicate and it looks exactly like it. That necklace was a gift to me so it means so much to me they were able to help me get it remade.

I placed an order for a ring from the new 14k collection they advertised on their website. I had the ring ordered within a short period of time before Christmas Day. Since I had the ring resized Ruby provided me with wonderful customer service and contacted me. She explained how my ring would not be here on time for the holidays since the short period of time and resizing process. Yet she went out the way and provided a plan having the ring ship out for the holidays and sent back once I was ready to.
