I have been a client of Incompass going on about 10 years now and could not be happier with their services. They have always taken the time to answer any tax related questions throughout the year, not just during tax season. Along with the top notch customer service and response time, they also have been amazing at helping me set up my corporation a few years ago and to maintain the periodic minutes and compliance requirements. They also regulary give tips to minimize my tax liability. I would highly recommend them to anyone at all but especially those with businesses and rental properies as that is my direct experience with them. Defintely a 5 star team!

I couldn’t have been more blessed to find this firm back in 2012
They handle all of my accounting,payroll services, every time I’ve been called out on a workman’s compensation audit….or GL audit they have every check,every w2,1099, everything to me within minutes!
For someone in the construction industry and with a few different companies I couldn’t be blessed to find anyone else!!!!

Overpriced, keep raising the cost every year. Makes no effort to see if there are ways to save on your taxes. Provides bare minimum service. Check elsewhere!

David completed my taxes this year for me and I am very impressed with his tax law knowledge and detailed responses to my complicated real estate and investment tax questions. I completely agree with Angela Olfet- Warren was amazing, efficient and communicative.The rest of the group is terrible. David , in particular, is super aggressive and a dismissive.Avoid these guys.

Both Randy Roth and Barbara Tackett have provided us with excellent service for our personal Income Taxes since 2004. Each year as I continue with Ms. Tackett, I know I can always rely on the most professional, knowledgeable and reliable results. She is also trustworthy, thorough and congenial! Their office is quite a distance from my home here in El Dorado Hills but worth the long trip. Rude, overpriced, if you use David or deal with the secretary Christine, be ready to be insulted and talked down to. Leaving their tax services was a positive move for my company. I did my taxes with H&R block this year and was treated with respect and paid less too. I was just glad I didn't have to deal with their unprofessional and aggressive ways.

I wish I could rate different departments separately! I would give Warren in corporation department 5 star, great customer service, very professional and friendly. But the tax department definitely gets 1 star( I'd give a 0 if I could). David is a nightmare to work with, very aggressive and insulting manner of communication. He will be the doom of this company. On the other hand, Warren is the glue that is holding this entity together. DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES WITH THEM.
