Brought my car in when it was overheating. Eric and Robert took good care of me and got it fixed real quick. Hopefully won’t have any more issues but if I do I’ll know where to take it

About two weeks ago, I came into this shop. My car had broken down and this was the closet place I could get to. The staff seemed very nice and told me they could work on my car that day. They quoted me $600 for the repairs. However, when I called in the next day, they said they still hadn't gotten to my car yet. I decided to do some research and found the parts they said I needed. I came back and they lowered the price to around $300. However, the owner had a slightly nasty attitude after that. Anyway, he claims to have called me all day, but I didn't receive any calls. Anyway, he, somehow, finally got hold of me (which is odd that he could get me so easily about 30 minutes before his shop closed that day, because it was the same phone I had on me all day). He told me to come in before 5pm. It was already around 4:30 and he asked me how long it would take to get there. I had to find a ride, since they had my car, but I told him maybe about 15-20 minutes. I had to get a Lyft, which I don't use very often, so got my daughter to get one for me. The driver was about 10 minutes away, so that added onto the time getting there, not really something within my control. I tried to get there as fast as I could. I got there just 2 minutes after 5pm. The guy was still there, lights off and everyone else was gone. I believe this was the owner or the mechanic. Anyway, he become very rude and said some very nasty things to me, citing that the reason was because I was late picking my car up and I was on "his time" now. I honestly couldn't believe what this man was saying to me. I was in shock, honestly. He did the paperwork and went out to get my car. He came back in and "apologized" for being mean, but tbh, the damage was already done. And with the ferocity he'd been talking to me, I honestly was fearful he might do something to me while I was there. I was able to drive home. I recounted my experience to my family who told me I should stay far away from there. Well, on my way to work the next day, oddly, my car overheated. Turns out that something was cut under the hood, my radiator hose. Pretty odd, seeing as my car was just in a shop, so shouldn't they have caught this, since it was quite obvious looking at it, and even the tow truck guy who came to get me said it was odd that they (the repair shop) hadn't seen this because it was right there. I'm not going to say it was the shop that possibly did this, but my car sits at my house all the time and isn't disturbed and the only other place it was, was at this shop.
Personally, after my experience here, I would never recommend this place and have definitely been telling my friends and co-workers to avoid this place. I don't know how it has such a high rating if the people who work there get so rude and disgusting. This man knew I had no car, because they had it, so excuse me for not getting there in time.

Good mechanic Good service ? they will straight up tell you what’s wrong with your car after the full inspection and the price is not to bad

Went in for an oil change got weighted on right away had everything explained to me as far as oil changes and what my charge was going to be and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes absolutely great experience and I will be back and I highly recommend this business

Few days before the long memorial day weekend i had my catalytic converter converter stolen from my Prius fortunately i had it covered by the insurance although my deductible was high (1,000 dollars). I had to prepay for the whole repair to have my car back as soon as possible. By Wednesday I was able to get my car back. Just hoping the insurance will reimburse me for what they promise. The car was serviced quite quickly.

Called for a repair and they asked me to come in, as soon as I entered the shop, the mechanic did not want to work saying they don't do the required repair work.

Couple weeks ago I took my car in to get a full diagnostic. I explained to the mechanic that the wheel felt very unsafe and that it wiggled or rubbed while I was driving. Seem to him that there was nothing wrong with the wheel and he told me other things that was wrong with my car like a couple of motor mounts were broken, brakes needed to be replaced, etc. So I went ahead and got that taken care of, but he didn't say anything was wrong with the wheel itself. Flash Forward to just recently the issue has gotten progressively worse so I took my vehicle to a different mechanic and he was able to tell me that I needed new lower control arms, struts, and bushings things that this auto shop did not point out. I just don't understand how you can charge $150 and not tell me what's wrong with my vehicle.

Called got a price for job after telling them all the car info and the code I was getting. but went in the guy said what I got a price for wouldn’t fix issue. Broke his word when a woman walked in.
