This is the most pathetically organized business I have ever seen, no fault of the employees. Its like a Saturday Night Live sketch about communism. You have to talk to multiple disinterested workers at multiple stations to make a purchase and any money you might save on an item will be eaten up by the labor costs of standing there watching people breathe through their mouths.

Very pleased with the fast service and low price for the high quality products I received! This is my first time ordering from this company, but not my last! Not only did I place my order online, but the price of the mixing pans I ordered were well below price that other 'big store's had to offer! AND that included the delivery -- TO MY FRONT DOOR! and in mere days! I ordered on Saturday afternoon and received my pans early afternoon on Tuesday!Wonderful email alerts and correspondence for my order confirmation as well as shipping tracking. Exceeded my expectations. This is the kind of service I had forgotten existed. I look forward to future purchases from this store.

I had to order an item for a small project that no other Hardward place had. Unfortunately they didn’t have it either in store but they were able to order it and ship it to their location quickly over the phone. The person on the phone was so helpful I forgot her name, 06/21/21 8:18am thank you!!

HD Supply formerly White Cap has been a supplier of commercial building materials I have used for years. They have a huge inventory and carry all major brands. This is very convenient and no matter what town I'm working in I can count on their quality and service. One down side to all this is their prices are higher than some other competitors.

What a great store. I would have to say that they will have everything else that hd supply or Home Depot does not have. The customer service here is great they will answer any question that you will have about the materials in the store. They will tell you either they will have it or not. This is not my first time here so I have no idea why I haven't write a review. There are professionals working behind the counter. The inside of the store is very clean. You can see the pictures. It's very easy that their workers are always know what is where. I have been in this store couple times and I haven't had a hard time looking for something because workouts are more than helpful. This store really cares about their customers because there is a soda machine, pop corn and some other stuff that you can grab to go. I was working with Shawn to get my 4x10 45 degree hangers. And he was more than helpful.

Gets busy, after you pay. When you are waiting to pick up. Make sure the guys in the warehouse know you need to pick up. Otherwise you will end up just standing there waiting.
