Low quality items. I bought windows and blinds from here. Windows already leaked after 3 months. They were installed professionally. The weather seal is bad. Blinds are of the lowest quality. They may have better prices but at a cost of very low quality.

Their website shows that they have siding for the outside of the house but they do not. I drove over 70 miles to get here.

That place is misleading they sell you stuff there but when it's time to go get parts for it they don't have them you got to call the company where you receive the stuff that you had got from there that place is a big rip-off the parts don't even match for what you're trying to match is a big hoax their employees or not skilled enough and they don't know what they're talkin about or what they're looking for when you try to ask for the manager they gave you a big run around and that's misleading on the American people??????

Missing a lot of. Tools and they don’t have a lot of their products. I think the store is going downhill.

Just a little background, I have been in rhe construction trade for 50 years. I have patronized every Lumber yard, hardware store, etc., in the Sacramento California area. Mostly due to closeness of the existing job. However my go to store over the past 13 years or so has now become Contractors Warehouse on Winona Way in North Highlands. Probably one of the biggest reasons is Lumber yard manager Dan Lynch.I'm 3rd generation Contractor, and have seen and heard all types of Lumber yard sales peoples, yard hands, delivery drivers etc. However Dan Lynch surpasses all the good guys I can remember. Dan Lynch knows every piece of material, every sku, how much he has, where it's at all times. The dude is awesome. Even today, Dan saved me probably 2 hours by making 1 simple phone call to the sales desk for some up to date information. And in this industry time is everything. Thus this review, I can't praise Dan enough for his help every single time I purchase material from CW. And no, we are not social friends who go out for.lunch or dinner. It's just has to be said Dan Lynch is not only a professional within his area, he is a great human being who does his job with the utmost tact and manners. Just a very good guy, in the truest sense. It's been at least 12 or 13 years since I came into contact with Dan, and it has been nothing but a pleasure to work with the man, who almost seems like a business partner. Not just a guy to move product, but someone who seems very willing to go 1000% to help me and my company succeed. Thanks CW, and thank you for hiring and retaining a pro like Dan Lynch.

Stuffs on backorder but other people are allowed to come get the product when they come in so they don't even call the purchaser to tell them things are back at the shop. Bad communication skills. Overall don't even bother go to home depot I'd rather pay a little more than go throw a hot mess of things to get my items.

The prices are usually the best around, that is if you can find what you need. The drive through lumber yard is always nice, albeit a bit of a cluster a lot of the time. Staff is almost always chill but it's a good idea to know exactly what you're getting before going. 100% preferred over other big box hardware stores.

On average, prices are 10-15% cheaper than Home Depot. Two caveats: * Not all items are cheaper. In one instance the item was a little bit more expensive than Home Depot. But where are you save money is buying basic items or in bulk * Selection is limited. They carry the most popular items that a contractor would purchase. For example, when it comes to vanity lighting you will see maybe 5-10 options whereas in a regular Home Depot you will see 30-40 I love their drive-through lumberyard
