She also told me that I could choose from the computer or the catalog if I could not find what I like from the store display, I felt a warmly welcome and served by a very professional and excellent customer service here , I purchased a set of queen size bed , night stands, also a set of couch , they are in good style , good quality and reasonable price , Chin also helped out for the delivery date and time to accommodate my working schedule, the delivery was on time and helpful. “Buying process went smoothly. Muhammed has great communication and answered all of my online questions prior to me entering the store. The selection in the online posted pictures wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but he showed me additional products that matched what I wanted perfectly. Walking into the store, the rep was wonderful to work with. Price was great and the overall purchase and delivery was speedy and everyone involved was friendly with excellent customer service skills. The delivery driver even declined my cash tip even though he moved and assembled the super heavy couch on his own. They all work hard and it shows.”
