Buying process went smoothly. Muhammed has great communication and answered all of my online questions prior to me entering the store. The selection in the online posted pictures wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but he showed me additional products that matched what I wanted perfectly. Walking into the store, the rep was wonderful to work with. Price was great and the overall purchase and delivery was speedy and everyone involved was friendly with excellent customer service skills. The delivery driver even declined my cash tip even though he moved and assembled the super heavy couch on his own. They all work hard and it shows.

Walked in and Kamal was very nice. Wasn't pushy. Asked us what we were looking for, gave us great options and a great deal on our sectional. Delivered same day and installed by his son on his way home for the evening. I would definitely be back for more furniture in the future.

Easily one of the best furniture buying experiences I've had. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are amazing too, we got a nice sectional sofa with storage ottoman for easily half the price of similar sofas sold elsewhere. We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Perfect recliners in our budget and the quality is awesome... not a cheap material..like other fake store owners.. can't wait to buy other furniture for our new home... owner is very down to earth and polite ... delivery drivers were so good and helped alot.. thank you so much guys

I wished I had known this place long time ago. We had always been getting furniture from big-brand names. However, when a friend referred them to us, we are so nicely surprised to get things of big-brand comparable (and also just the genuine big-brand stuff) for a very very reasonable price. The service is quick and friendly. They also have very wide variety of collections. The delivery for our two orders was 2 days after placing the order. I recommend them to my family and friends.

We've had this table for 7 years and then the spring on the hinges broke we took it back to furniture Elegance and they repaired it with no problem and no cost the guarantee was great in the work they did on it was fantastic for furniture I recommend them highly for furniture

By the looks of the 4.6 star rating, it seems like most people post their reviews a couple of days after they receive their products. If I would have posted a review a few days after receiving my products, it might have been a good review as well. A month or two down the line though, my products started falling apart. I purchased a table and 4 chair set as well as a Queen bed frame. The table seems to be holding up, but the chairs legs all broke within 2 months. I reached out to the owner and was given some replacement legs, and within another 2 months those were broken as well. Just a FYI, I am not overweight and no one in my house is. We are all under 160lbs so weight couldn’t have been an issue. The chairs are just very cheaply made. The bed frame legs also ended up breaking as well. Their deals are some what affordable, but the quality of the items are extremely cheap. Anything you buy will more than likely need to be replaced within a year.
