I have been with Derrel's mini storage for a while and they always treat there customers nice and they are respectful and never rood to there customers at all excellent place.

The front office ladies are great. However, mice destroyed my brand new washer and unbeknownst to me the repair is not covered under the insurance I paid for monthly. This is very disheartening. I would not use again
