Stopped in here looking for a huge wind turbine... they didn't have it BUT the staff was sooo helpful! Thry took the time to search to find what I needed and where to go the get it! I had been to 3 places already, getting the run around looking for this specialty item. He was a life saver here. He found it online, wrote down the address and the correct name of the "whirly bird vent" so that I could go get what I needed. Thank you for helping this lost soul and not just saying "we don't have that" or pushing me down the road like the other places did. I appreciate the time you took to help me!!!

Called to make a simple inquiry and while I was mid-sentence, the man who answered the phone began singing and intentionally ignoring me and then hung up on me. I was nothing but polite from the moment I said hello. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!
