The male customer service person followed me up and down each row, so the few items I did want to purchase I took them to the counter and continued to shop. There were 2 white ladies also shopping that never were followed. I will shop elsewhere going forward.

They are Horrible! Horrible customer service. Very very disrespectful!! The male owner snatched my card when I was paying! Then they double charged me and said that it didn't until they pulled the receipt and they had to refund my money. Then they tried to take the receipt from my hand. Like what in the world di I walk into and why are they still in business serving the black community!!!

Fully stocked Beauty supply store that I'm certain will meet all of your hair styling,creating & care needs. Including-Wig care products,hair dyes & cosmetics. Looking for the latest hair to elevate your hair game.... they have racks of different colors & textures of hair! The owners were helpful, but I didn't appreciate all of the pics of the shoplifters. If thief is so bad,how can they say in business?

Never again will I ever shop here the owners employees treat all African-Americans as if they're thieves when you ask for help no one wants to help you and then if you ask them to help you with a color selection or anything, and if they don't agree with your opinion, is your complete ignore you never never never will I ever shop there again and the only reason why I gave the company a star is that your only option when writing a review

They don't give cash back on returns. Just store credit. Also annoying that they try to talk like they are ghetto. Mongolian that barely speak English. We should be better than this black people. Stop pushing the negative ignorant attitude and expecting people to understand or thinknit's cool. They are less than us... Of course they are gonna run with it.
