We have Bay Alarm Company service. I have to talk to their customer service on the East Coast and the local rep. I enjoyed talking to the local representative much more than their customer service. When I talked to them on the East Coast, the customer service phone number was always on hold for a long time, and the rep on the phone didn't seem to know the answer. They have to put me on hold to get answers all the time. However, the local rep is the best. They can answer my questions immediately and know the system well. I recommend trying to talk to your local rep unless they are unavailable, or in an emergency situation, you have to call the customer service number.

When I purchased my home 30+ years ago, Bay Alarm system was already installed and active. I had the choice to continue with Bay Alarm or not. I decided to stay with Bay Alarm.That was one of my best decisions for my home. I have always had the best of service with Bay Alarm and would never change alarm companies. If you want the best, Bay Alarm is the only way to go!

I have been a customer of Bay Alarm for 36 years. I have had systems in 3 different houses. I am a returning customer due to their professionalism and exemplary customer service. I would recommend Bay Alarm.

We contracted with Bay Alarm and have had nothing but awesome customer service. From the Sales associates to the Installers! Zachary Woods was quick, polite, and great at communicating. So glad we decided to go with Bay Alarm!

Yesterday (7/6/22) Zach Woods installed a camera system at my new warehouse in Sacramento, CA. Zach took the time to show me all the features of the new systems & made sure I was understanding what I was looking at. I will certainly recommend Bay Alarm Company to my colleagues.

We've used Bay Alarm for several years they have always been very responsive, helpful and reliable. Today an Install Rep (Zach Woods) came out to help troubleshoot a issue he was extremely patient w/ us and the situation and resolved all our isaues. He was professional and friendly. Thank you Zach!

In January bay alarm installed a system in my preschool. It was expensive but I wanted a good, dependable system. I get an automated call from their service office every 2-3 weeks, telling me that the alarm has sent a signal that something has gone wrong, press "0" to speak to an operator. The last 2 times, the phone has hung up when I pressed "0". I have emailed the original salesman and the installer, but have not received any response. Do not buy from Bay Alarm

i want to give a shout out to Nathan S. and Manual S. of Bay Alarm in the Sacramento Branch. I was SO nervous about having someone come out because i knew it would be for a couple days for them to install the alarm. i have health issues and am nervous when i need to be around people for a period of time. BUT that nervousness all went away when i met both of them. they were SO personable AND professional at the same time. ive been in the customer service industry for most of my life so i pay attention when i don't get very good, or at least, decent service. but Nathan and Manuel were not just decent they were fantastic on both the professional and the personal which i APPRECIATE VERY MUCH!! its very hard to find decent customer service much less, great, anymore so i SOOOO appreciate them. they also asked me over and over if i had any questions as they were showing how to use my alarm. nathan gave me his card in case i needed anything later that i forgot, so this meant to me that the customer service didn't end when they walked out my door! which, again, i SOOOO appreciate!! thank you nathan and manuel for a great experience that i was nervous about and you guys made it nice. :)))

Bay Alarm does a fantastic job with installation and followup. We have used them for years and recently expanded to two other locations and they are very thorough in setup and installation of cameras.

We have been using Bay Alarm for over 5 years. Within the last year our cost for the service doubled. Recently our home was broken into. The same day I contacted the company for help in upgrading our system a bit. I was told I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours by a representative who would help. 5 days later we were still waiting for that call. Typical response these days: when I called to express my displeasure with/about the service failure and the price increase they attempted to send me to “Customer Care” to attempt to save the account. We’ve been robbed twice in one week and Bay Alarm got more than the intruders. I love the hypocrisy…

I had the opportunity to work with Zarachy Woods who installed and configured our Alarm System and cameras and insured my husband and myself were able to view the cameras remotely. I contracted with Bay Alarm because I preferred to utilize a local service and spend my money locally. I had been with another national firm for many years and became dissatisfied. I liked Bay Alarm initially because I was not waiting on the phone for 30 minutes or more to get customer service. I was signed up and scheduled with an installation appointment time I thought very reasonable. We toured the house to document where all of the door switches would go and the two keypads and fire, Sensor. The Installation Technician, Nathan Sayre, called me when he was about 30 minutes away, and he arrived right on time. Mr. Sayre was personable, friendly, and professional. Mr. Sayre explained everything he would be doing, and I left him to his installation. He removed all 24-year-old equipment perfectly and installed the new system components accurately and carefully. Excellent work ethic. There was no mess left behind, and he placed all of the old equipment in boxes for return to the previous monitoring company. He walked me through the system's operation and watched me use the system before he left. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Sayre. Excellent work ethic, patience in explaining everything, and testing everything before leaving. My wife and I commented on the professional example Mr. Sayre sets and an excellent standard of excellence for Bay alarm. Professional, service-oriented, quality products left us with confidence in our new system. Thank you. San and Amanda Martin
