I agree with some of the recent posts. New ownership has caused the place to go downhill. I have had my trailer broken into 2x in the last 3 months. Little or no security. On site lady nice but the office is almost always closed and she "isn't comfortable" around dogs so there is not a guard dog on site. Didn't seem surprised at all when I reported my theft, and didn't write anything down or take a report of any kind. I told her to let the new owners know I would be finding another storage spot but have heard nothing. I guess you get what you pay for

Just found out this morning that our trailer was broken into, staff could not tell me when, but guesses 4 to 5 weeks ago. However, she gets "too shaky while outside," leaves early, and isn't an animal person, so I wasn't sure what she meant by the shakiness outdoors or when our trailer was actually assessed last. I'm convinced that it's not on a regular basis though. The thieves physically pried the door open and wiped us out of anything of values, including games, souvenirs, blankets, coffee maker, and toaster oven but she guessed it was homeless breaking in. (?) apparently the gate was compromised but she couldn't even tell me where. Dogs are no longer on the premises at night anymore to add extra security. Our price was raised two years ago but no upgrades were made including security cameras. In fact, the only one is at the front gate. Staff says that the owners are planning to upgrade the gate, however, there will be no added security while this is going on. I wonder how much our rent will be once that's happening. She did mention that the police were just there a few days ago, probably for other thefts. Nice start to the weekend. Choose wisely where you store your valuables. Be safe out there.

Store your RV here I think it's a underground scam to steal your catalytic converter's and then they tell their customers oh well your s*** out of luck when you pay them to store and guard your RV. I stored a travel trailer here for many years. Bruce alberts sold the business to another individual a promissory contract note. The new owner directed me to park the trailer on the concrete pad area. The new owner defaulted on the note so Bruce alberts took back the property. Then some time later I received a call at my work from alberts storage's lot boy asking if he could move my trailer. I replied "NO" as my answer. When I came in several months later, I could not locate the trailer as it was moved anyway to the mud area in the back(sunk deep in the mud with severe body, window and holding tank damage). The new lot boy showed me where it was. I asked him why they moved it anyway when I specified not to move it. No answer. Now alberts keep sending me emails that my rent is not paid. I obtained copies of checks proving it was paid. I now insisted that alberts repair the damage their employee created and was told by Joy Avery (another employee) that alberts is not responsible for damage to customer units. Please keep in mind that a waiver of non responsibility for damage does not apply when the business's own employee is the liable party. This is the most badly run, dishonest and disorganized business I've ever dealt with. I strongly advise all to not deal with these Dishonest and disorganized people. I'm looking at $3000 plus damage to my trailer because of this irresponsible business.

Excellent management. Very friendly owner. She goes beyond and above to accommodate customer needs. Small things matter like giving you access after hours if you happen to be late or placing your vehicles together in adjacent lots or unlocking if you happen to stay late and gate got locked. Great security with always on camera monitoring and dogs. Not picky as everyone else in that area seems to be. If you have a vintage vehicle good luck looking elsewhere. I would say best price - value choice.
