“I used their services years ago and realized I never left a review.

They were extremely quick, organized, and had great communication. All the furniture pieces were well wrapped at record speeds. One of our dressers had a wobbly leg and they pulled us over to confirm the state before they moved, so they wouldn't be held accountable. Most of our boxes were labeled with rooms and got moved accordingly with no hassle. Anything else, they made sure to double check where and whether it should be moved.

Our destination was a third floor unit with no elevators and we had a hefty furniture piece or two that they maneuvered through the stairs with little more than a few seconds break despite the clear struggle. There were a few scratches on the walls of the staircase at the bends, but nothing major and none of the furniture was damaged.

Unfortunately, I am unable to utilize their services this time around due to them being unable to assist with disconnecting/reconnecting appliances, but their representatives were very responsive and polite.”

“I've used White Red Moving twice now and both times I was very satisfied. Jose came to both my homes to assess the items to be moved. He provided boxes/packing paper free of charge. He gave me a fair estimate, kept in touch before both moves, and he was always on time. The 2nd move was from 2 separate locations and there were no complaints from him. Jose and his movers were careful of my property. They worked fast and hard despite the tall staircase to my home, in addition to moving a lot of heavy boxes to the attic. Jose and his guys were a delight to work with, very friendly in addition to their professionalism. I consider my move somewhat difficult given the sharp turns on the stairway and the rather smallish service elevator. These movers handled these challenges beautifully. “We recently moved across country. Decided to use Chipman as they are affiliated with United van lines. Driver John was very professional and hired excellent help. Quenisha customer service was also amazing. Very thorough follow through and constant contact. She must've called me five times. The pick up was done at the time stated and the load was loaded. Very efficiently delivery was made within the given time frame, John and Juan unloaded it very fast, everything was great until I started to unpack the following day. Unpacking my TV. I noticed that there was some damage. I called Quenisha and explained the problems. She told me she would get in touch with claims. Claims then sent me a form to fill out which I filled out and emailed back. I received a response from claims with a number that was much lower than I anticipated, I contacted Quenisha and she said she would call claims and have them get in touch with me. Within five minutes I received a call from Bret claims, I then explained my side of the view which she listened to patiently. She then stated that she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Within a couple of hours she did call me back telling me that they would cover the entire amount. I judge a company not by how they do regular business but how they do business when there are problems. This company stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. “Great experience with this moving company for a local move. Eventhough I didnt clearly communicate my moving need, they were able to adapt and complete my move on schedule and professionally. The things they helped to pack were packed well. Nothing was damaged in the move from furniture to antique champagne glasses and pottery. Everyone wore masks throughout the move, and it felt as safe as possible in the current pandemic conditions. Tip your movers this is hard work during hard times!”

When I made the initial request, I got a call from David to go over the basic information (moving-from address to moving-to address, estimate of the size/space, etc.). He verbally provided me with pricing and then emailed me with pricing (hourly rate). They showed up right on time and were super professional and friendly. As someone who has had to do installations for companies, we chatted about delivery horror stories. But overall, they were just a pleasure to work with. Based on the standard price and the hourly rate, the cost was exactly what was discussed. For local moves (which I did), I would highly recommend.”

“Highly recommend Pha Logistix. They were very professional, friendly, helpful and happy to answer my questions. My family and I were doing our first out of state move and I was nervous. AJ and his crew blew us away!! We were moving from the Bay Area to Colorado. They needed two days with a crew of four to pack the four of us and our 2700 square foot home and loaded it into two trucks. They were timely and called if they were running late. They were respectful of our belongings, and welcomed us checking around the house to make sure everything was packed. They packed us on a Wednesday and Thursday, and were at our new home at 8 am on the Sunday. On that Sunday the crew was four again and had the trucks unpacked in six hours, including rebuilding our beds and tables.
