Very disorganized we made online appointment and went to Norco Wells Fargo bank the lady named Paula wasted our time like 40 minutes saying we don’t have appointment instead of taking care of business in 15 minutes. YeahVery poor service

Very very disappointing. Daniel Guitierrez was not helpful at all. I needed to do a wire and he could not provide any assistance or information about the 2 bankers who could assist. I asked if he can go ask to get more information on when they will be back and he refused to do so. I asked when the next availability was and he said he does not know probably till the end of the week. Again asked him if he can go ask someone who knew so that he is not guessing and he said why does it matter if they do their own schedule. Again that is why I was wanting to speak to someone else. At this point since he was clearly was not being helpful I decided to go to another location. Daniel's tone of voice was full of attitude. He could use some customer service training. Wells Fargo please help as Daniel was not helpful.

Checked in today for the first time and was really impressed by the consistent professionalism of the Management and Teller Teams! Everyone was sharply dressed, fully focused and kindly engaged in their hustle, and Jassie especially stood out as an incredibly quick and efficient Worker with a radiantly healing smile. I walked in ten minutes before closing and the line was long but the Managers were Professional in not locking the doors until it was five and making sure everyone who came before five was taken care of thoroughly. Jassie was great in not letting the pressure salt her attitude and she helped soothe my stressful day with her kind and understanding empathy and even complimented me on my hair :0) Thank you to the whole Norco Wells Fargo Team for maintaining such positive and helpful responsible poise during stressful times and staying trustworthy when it comes to serving us thoroughly within the promised business hours! I appreciate your commitment to Professional Integrity so much

Negative stars I waited over an hour to cash a check , bank stated they couldn't verify funds this is not the first time they do this to me. On top of it they charge me fees to cash a Wells Fargo check

Went to Wells Fargo on 1/5, faced unhelpful behavior from Jose L, the branch manager, who claimed he couldn't assist due to being busy. Disappointing experience, especially compared to the sweet and helpful trainee teller. Recommend trying another branch; this one only does appointments and won't allow you to wait. If you encounter issues, opt for a different branch.

Went into Bank at 4:40pm to open a new account planning to deposit $10,000.00. Woman Bank manager said it's not enough time to open account because she leaves at 5pm? She said I can come back tomorrow and get in line! I will find a bank with better customer service!

Murphy's law, NOT today!!!! So, of course ya girl here is ALWAYS on top of things, so when I scheduled our 10:30 am appointment for today 03/15/23( weeks ago) at the McKinley branch to establish our trust account, I did not expect to receive a call, whilst driving from Torrance, literally in Anaheim, IN RAIN, informing me that they would not be able to assist me & my co-trustee(frustrated face emoji). This was a HUGE inconvenience. However, I did ask if they could, as a courtesy, reach out to a near by branch to get us an appointment, this is a "Hail Mary". Johnathan, placed me on hold, before hand saying "no guarantee's". Now, I am a gal that walks by faith NOT by sight, sooooooo Hallelujah, the branch manager at this location, Jose, was able to accommodate us at 10:30 am. Jessica M. Assisted us and in under an hour!!!! Banks often times get a bum wrap, however, today I am here to give this branch an A++ P.S. Shout out to Grason, whom is thee go to for trusts at this location! I couldn't NOT mention him(happy face emoji).

I deposited a large check in my saving account. I was told it would be on hold for 7 days, which was ok with me, then later they left a voicemail on my work phone (not my cell !) that they made a mistake and deposited in my checking account. These are all nasty tricks to save money for the bank.

Horrible service, set up a new account, not all items were ordered followed up and the banker immediately says I only have 5 min before I leave. Ended up going to 8330 Limonite and service was top notch... I will never go to this unorganized bank.
