Checked in today for the first time and was really impressed by the consistent professionalism of the Management and Teller Teams! Everyone was sharply dressed, fully focused and kindly engaged in their hustle, and Jassie especially stood out as an incredibly quick and efficient Worker with a radiantly healing smile. I walked in ten minutes before closing and the line was long but the Managers were Professional in not locking the doors until it was five and making sure everyone who came before five was taken care of thoroughly. Jassie was great in not letting the pressure salt her attitude and she helped soothe my stressful day with her kind and understanding empathy and even complimented me on my hair :0)Thank you to the whole Norco Wells Fargo Team for maintaining such positive and helpful responsible poise during stressful times and staying trustworthy when it comes to serving us thoroughly within the promised business hours! I appreciate your commitment to Professional Integrity so much

Negative stars I waited over an hour to cash a check , bank stated they couldn't verify funds this is not the first time they do this to me. On top of it they charge me fees to cash a Wells Fargo check

Went to Wells Fargo on 1/5, faced unhelpful behavior from Jose L, the branch manager, who claimed he couldn't assist due to being busy. Disappointing experience, especially compared to the sweet and helpful trainee teller. Recommend trying another branch; this one only does appointments and won't allow you to wait. If you encounter issues, opt for a different branch.

Murphy's law, NOT today!!!! So, of course ya girl here is ALWAYS on top of things, so when I scheduled our 10:30 am appointment for today 03/15/23( weeks ago) at the McKinley branch to establish our trust account, I did not expect to receive a call, whilst driving from Torrance, literally in Anaheim, IN RAIN, informing me that they would not be able to assist me & my co-trustee(frustrated face emoji). This was a HUGE inconvenience. However, I did ask if they could, as a courtesy, reach out to a near by branch to get us an appointment, this is a "Hail Mary". Johnathan, placed me on hold, before hand saying "no guarantee's". Now, I am a gal that walks by faith NOT by sight, sooooooo Hallelujah, the branch manager at this location, Jose, was able to accommodate us at 10:30 am. Jessica M. Assisted us and in under an hour!!!! Banks often times get a bum wrap, however, today I am here to give this branch an A++ P.S. Shout out to Grason, whom is thee go to for trusts at this location! I couldn't NOT mention him(happy face emoji).

Came in last Saturday to make an appointment. Was never told all parties on the account had to be present. A hour before I was told all parties had to be present. I have had an account over 20 years. It's sad to see how Wells Fargo treats their customers. I'm really considering switching banks.

Woman that I dealt with was rude. Didn't catch her name, but she was wearing gloves and a mask. Only gave 2 stars because another teller there was kind to me.

I've been to the Norco Wells Fargo on Hidden Valley three times now and it's 100% more well-run than the Ontario bank on Grove. The manager, Jose, is so efficient and unbelievably kind. Great place to do business.

I just Inquired about home equity loan. This Huge Corporation Bank does NOT do Home Equity Loans nor HELOC... The banker talking to me and giving me the information was very arrogant. And when I asked if he knew which other banks offer that or at least which banks might offer International financing. He bluntly repeated over an over,"we don't associate with other banks, only wells fargo".. I was perplexed what kind of Monopoly they run if they do not associate or communicate with other financial institutions. How close minded business ethics is that to broad your connections snd offer better service. I've bank with them for over 25+yrs and was very upset of their lack of knowledge. If they don't offer the service then NETWORK!!.. Will definetly take my Multiple Bank'g business elsewhere!!

Every time I go to this bank, the line is out the door. They usually have 2/3 tellers going. Why is all locations like this. Then they have like 3/4 people standing around. You can walk into any other bank and instantly get help or wait a small amount of time.

I see first hand why they have horrible reviews. Lack of communication, poor business etiquette and they definitely show favoritism. This is also why I do my major banking at the credit unions. I do not want to disclose why I am at sorry Wells Fargo. I just refinanced my 1 year old vehicle just to get away from them!!! UGH!!!

I have been with them for a long time. I noticed a check cashed from my account in the amount of $54. I looked at the check and realized I wrote it for $45 and Wells Fargo took an additional $9 without authorization. Never said sorry but stated "yeah I see we cashed it for $54 and it states $45. Well, here is your claim number. " I realize that people make mistakes. I'm glad I watch my money and question what happens to all these un authorized charges that they make and people don't catch, report or even recognize they have been fraudulently charged. #15 year customer
