I recently visited the Verizon store on 1180 Hamner Ave Norco, CA 92860 with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro Max for my business needs. Fully aware that some waiting time might be involved, I walked in with patience on my side. However, after an unexpected 30-minute wait without being attended to, my schedule forced me to leave before making a purchase. Eager to give them another chance, I scheduled an appointment for the same day, assuming it would streamline the process. Upon my return, I provided them with my appointment details, yet found myself waiting yet another 20 minutes. This lack of attention and efficiency from the staff was not only disappointing but also disruptive to my busy day. As a business owner, time is of the essence, and the inability this Verizon location to respect that, even with a scheduled appointment, has left me deeply dissatisfied. In a world where efficiency and customer service are paramount, it's disheartening to experience such neglect. I had high hopes of swiftly acquiring the iPhone needed to support my business, only to be met with delays and indifference.

Have been putting off switching from an iPhone 8 to a new phone. Today I finally made the switch to an iPhone 15! Mike made it sound so easy I couldn’t come up with any more reasons not to! Love it. Mike was fantastic to work with.

Ray was great. I made an appointment but got there late, family stuff... He explained everything and answered any questions I had. This was probably my third trip to this location for various reasons (I typically am skeptical on 3rd party stores) Everything was beyond expectation!

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I went to this location to use a $1000 trade in offer. I was told that it would be reflected as monthly credits. It has been over 7 months and I have called customer service multiple times a month to try to get the offer that was active during that time. So far I have not received ANY monthly credits and have been forced to pay full price to keep my account current, while there is a record of the phone I traded in. There is a disconnect from this store and Verizon that causes issues for what is offered and you are left paying the bill while they point fingers at each other. I will NEVER use a Verizon trade in offer again. It's Apple Store only for IPhone purchases. Avoid this mess. It's an expensive lesson.

i had purchased my phone via the mobile app and going through the contract negotiations while not actually being at the store which was my first time doing so and had no issue. i did arrive for a phone pickup and there was a bit of a wait on a wednesday night which was strange but i didn't mind waiting. i had to confirm a little bit of information in regards to my identity and plan information and they were then able to hand me my device and i was on my way. it'll be at least 2/3 years until i upgrade or make any changes to my phone plan but i don't think i would have an issue coming back to this location.

Went to the Verizon store to get a Phone and Anais was a wonderful sales person. She helped me pick out a new phone. Keep my bill low and also switch my current phone over to my husband’s line and I got it all taken care of at one time. It was a great experience.

Don't listen to their fake promises when upgrading. Terrible attitude from the manager as well. They falsely promised an amount of promotion upon changing my plans and trading in my phones to me in August. They kept on insisting that a promo correction after 1-2 billing cycle will be taken place and that I don't need to worry about the promotion. Now that I go back to the store, the store manager is blaming the "system" on their fake promise despite me having a confirmation email from Verizon that I should be getting my full promotion amount. They want me to change plans AGAIN to receive the promotion that was pitched to me only 2 months ago... Does not make any sense other than wanting to lure customers to upgrade. Do not go to this place.
