One hour waiting for man to look at my package that was sent January 13th, he came back with 3 sheets of a print out claiming never at Norco! All the tracking, person on phone at post office all said it was there. He told me to check with other post offices! What a joke! 2 months trying to get my package and all I get is lies! Wasted hours of my time! Not even a sorry from any of the workers I spoke to over the LAST 2 MONTHS!!

The Norco post office has continued to decline year after year. There is rarely more than one person working the counter despite long lines out the door. They are unfriendly and do their best to ignore the residents who need to pick up mail. Most of the time they dont even look up from their screens!

It’s official. Norco postal office takes longer to get things done than DMV! Only one person in the counter and the line is all the way to the PO Boxes. If the line isn’t long enough, that person has to take care of the passport section, too. I was just past the metal detector. 57 minutes later there are still 2 people in front of me. There are self help kiosks here, but they don’t have anyone helping and teach people how to use it. So, most people still wait in line for the counter. And now there is another line forming next to mine for people just want to ask questions. It’s a disaster. They should have more workers during this time of the year! That’s one hard worker. But bad management.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE!! EMPLOYEES ARE DRESSED IN STREET CLOTHES, ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I HAVE HAD MORE PACKAGES DAMAGED OR STOLEN THEN I HAVE HAD COLLECTIVELY IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!!! THEY PUNCH HOLES IN BOXES TO SEE WHAT IS INSIDE, STEAL LABELS, OR THEY WILL JUST BLANTANLY OPEN PACKAGES AND TAKE WHAT THEY WANT FROM THEM. I HAVE MORE OPEN CASES THAT I HAVE LOST COUNT AT THIS POINT!!!!

The staff's response is very slow and the service time is very long. Every time you come here, you will have to wait for a very long time. If you don't have enough time, it is better not to go to other places.

My package had the wrong address and was being returned to sender. I emailed them and not only did they respond quickly but they went looking for my package and within 24 hours they found it and redelivered it. It was a Christmas present. Great job Norco

Opens at 8… been standing in line for 30 minutes and probably going to be another 15-20 minutes. Why open and have only 1 employee working for now what is nearly 40 minutes. If a business opens it shouldn’t be at 1/4 capacity. Been coming here for years cuz it’s next to work and man I even regret that. How is it at 2.5 eating as an average? And not lower

This is crazy. Only one person working here for both passport and mailing service. Lines are extremely long. We have 10am appointment for passport application. The worker left the appointment line but working on the no appointment line. Why do you accept appointment since you do not have worker here?

ONLY One staff behind the counter on December 18. Waiting for 3 full hours, 10.30-13.30, to get to counter just to meet:1. The lady staff who’s either having a bad day or dislike her job2. Putting blame on customer who didn’t sign the paper for holding up the line (she stepped aside and let other customers proceed)…3. Low quality customer servicePlease have supervisor or manager oversee and help improve the service pleaseThank you
