Worst experience at any post office. The line was our thr door and only one person attending. The line were u pick you packages no one was attending. There were 6 people waiting. It took 8 minutes before anyone would come help them. Terrible experience.

Please don't go here unless you have an hour to wait in line. They move at glacial speed. I don't even mean a lack of urgency, I mean a general snail's pace. Ive been in line for 15 minutes and they've helped two people. I feel like I'm watching a nature documentary.

I'm delighted to hear the card I mindlessly dropped in their outgoing mailbox onsite with out postage made it to where I needed it to go! After I figured out what I did I dropped a note in to follow the envelope with the needed postage. Today my grandmother confirmed she received her birthday gift and card. Thank you Postal Team!

Actual vegetables work here. Wanted to retrieve an important package at the specified package door. I rang the buzzer and nobody answered. There was one mind numbingly dumb worker at the front desk who people in line behind me asked “why won’t the door open?” He said that you have to press the buzzer for a long time or else nobody can hear it “I can’t even hear it” at which point a man in the front desk line turned to me and said “he must be deaf”. And deaf he was because that buzzer was insanely loud. After 20 minutes of constantly pressing the buzzer, I left. Obviously nobody would hear me behind that door since they were playing music on the other side…
This place needs a management upgrade and a complete staff change. The reason this place doesn’t have 1 star total is because of the fact that the staff before this were actually somewhat helpful and not entirely brain dead. Everyone in line was outraged as well, do not go here, it’s a waste of your time

One hour waiting for man to look at my package that was sent January 13th, he came back with 3 sheets of a print out claiming never at Norco! All the tracking, person on phone at post office all said it was there. He told me to check with other post offices! What a joke! 2 months trying to get my package and all I get is lies! Wasted hours of my time! Not even a sorry from any of the workers I spoke to over the LAST 2 MONTHS!!

The Norco post office has continued to decline year after year. There is rarely more than one person working the counter despite long lines out the door. They are unfriendly and do their best to ignore the residents who need to pick up mail. Most of the time they dont even look up from their screens!

It’s official. Norco postal office takes longer to get things done than DMV! Only one person in the counter and the line is all the way to the PO Boxes. If the line isn’t long enough, that person has to take care of the passport section, too. I was just past the metal detector. 57 minutes later there are still 2 people in front of me. There are self help kiosks here, but they don’t have anyone helping and teach people how to use it. So, most people still wait in line for the counter. And now there is another line forming next to mine for people just want to ask questions. It’s a disaster. They should have more workers during this time of the year! That’s one hard worker. But bad management.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE!! EMPLOYEES ARE DRESSED IN STREET CLOTHES, ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I HAVE HAD MORE PACKAGES DAMAGED OR STOLEN THEN I HAVE HAD COLLECTIVELY IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!!! THEY PUNCH HOLES IN BOXES TO SEE WHAT IS INSIDE, STEAL LABELS, OR THEY WILL JUST BLANTANLY OPEN PACKAGES AND TAKE WHAT THEY WANT FROM THEM. I HAVE MORE OPEN CASES THAT I HAVE LOST COUNT AT THIS POINT!!!!

The staff's response is very slow and the service time is very long. Every time you come here, you will have to wait for a very long time. If you don't have enough time, it is better not to go to other places.
