This UPS store is great and it's employees are always super helpful every time I come in. I'd like to give a shoutout to Vivian who who went out of her way to help me pack an item. The time she took out to assist me was above what I have seen other employees at other locations do.

This store has excellent customer service and the associates were extremely helpful. We were able to ship out multiple things within the same day without any issues. They also offered to help pack up a heavier item for us. Definitely would recommend this UPS store for future shipping needs and other services.

It’s amazing how efficiently this place is run. I go out of my way to go to this particular ups store because the others just don’t run as smoothly. I wish all other ups, FedEx, and usps offices were like this one.

A very customer friendly store compared to many other ups chains in the area. It is less crowded though the traffic is enough which means they are efficient but also not rushed with respect to customer service. The store is also clean and organized as needed for quicker navigation and is also placed strategically in the mall with many other stores along side. Will update review depending on how the package shipping is picked and shipped.

I always come here to return my Amazon orders. The employees are always welcoming and friendly. Most importantly, they can spot an Amazon return when you walk in the door so sometimes they'll help you out really quick while helping another person too. Their Wi-Fi could use some updating because my Amazon app only works by the door, but the employees are so nice and helpful. Love this store!
