I was a walk-in that requested a fill. My nails were rushed and sloppily finished in under 45 minutes. I had made one specific request during my visit, that the natural under nail be filed down too, and the nail tech disregard my request and simply put glue under. I spent 60$ on nails that ended up popping off in a couple days, very disappointed.

Pauline was so kind great costumer service! Atmosphere was pretty and clean. Will definitely be telling friends and family to come support this business.

Just want to shout out True Touch Nail & Spa on Hidden Valley Parkway, specifically, Pauline! I am going out of town this weekend and desperately needed my toes done but haven't had a chance to make it in because of work. I got off early tonight around 7 and saw they were open till 8. When I got there it was empty and the woman said they were actually done for the night. (Totally understandable, considering no one else was in there) I got back in my car to check and see if anywhere else was open and a second later she knocked on my window and asked if it was an emergency or if I could come back tomorrow. I told her I was going out of town but not to worry. However she insisted she would do them for me tonight. I was already beyond thankful but the service she then provided was absolutely incredible. Genuinely some of the best service I've had anywhere! She offered me water, snacks, fruit etc. and was just truly so kind. I will definitely be making it my new go to spot! Her pedicure was also amazing!

The only nice thing I can say is my nails are in fact painted. The lady that "greeted" me was not pleasant whatsoever. She proceeded to do my gel pedicure in about 20 mins. She pretended to trim my cuticles. Didn't use any product. Highly disappointed.

They said I could come right in. I have never had a 5 min medicure she claimed to be the manager. Terrible service and she said I clean skin around nail and put lotion on my wrist and hand one or two seconds and said ok. She had another customer waiting I wish she would of just said that. Worse ever I paid for a half way pedicure which was hurting only got to cutting of nails I said I am done. I paid 18.00 for a half you know what service the was for pedicure. Never will I go there again. Sorry I am not usually out spoken but this was a horrible experience.

I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I will not ever go elsewhere. They are all so welcoming and do beautiful nail sets and the pedicures are amazing! I recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation in those massage seats ..

Hello everyone I never really say anything but this time I have to because it’s so bad and I paid so much for it and I went on the 7th of dec and as of today 17 dec I have none they lifted just gel first and then the nail . The of pix was what I asked the tech if she can do for me and I would paid for that work she said yes I can I said okay and my end result are the red ones I just wanted to color change.??? no I have to pay more money for a new set

I always go here and this time I went for dip and the guy ripped off my dip no soak off nothing on top of that ripped 8/10 of my natural nails when I was trying to keep them long love the place but he was TERRIBLE it's been 4 days and half my nails are cracking already, he gave up doing my design so the girl who did my toes ended up finishing up my hands , also said after ripping my nails "I didn't ask him to soak them off" and now underneath the dip hairs get stuck to it cause my nail underneath is ripped when he said the dip would "fix it" super disappointing but can't say the place is bad because every other artist I had was amazing

Mixed feelings as they have amazing pedicures and never had a problem with my acrylics until a month ago. We walked in two hours before close and they took me right away and said that thwy would take my friend right after me. (They could have sooner since one girl was sitting on her phone) but with an hour and a half left of their day they told her she needed to come back and it was “too late” to complete a 40 min service. Decided to go back a few weeks later to get a Fill and had a nail pop off less than a day later in my sleep, poor jobServices: Pedicure

On here it says they close at 8pm and I came in at 7:15 in a good mannered way asking for a pedicure and they denied it. They said it was to late already in a rude way.Service: Pedicure

First time here, didn't wait too long. The place looked really clean and some really nice interior design. I enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly. Triny was attentive and nice. Definitely recommend this place

I came here to get a full set. the lady that did my nails was named Natalie and she seemed so upset to be doing my nails. so rough and aggressive. she did it how i asked but her attitude was so bad i almost walked out mid session. Ive never felt so uncomfortable. she did my nails how i asked but i'll never come back. i've never appreciated my previous experiences at nails salons more than I do now.
