Dr. Audra is amazing with her knowledge and how she communicates with the patients (or should I say the PAWrents). She takes her time and thoroughly explains everything, I have never felt like she was rushing or had somewhere else to be. After surgery her office is wonderful about following up and answering questions. Very good pricing especially for spay and neuter. The front office is always so welcoming. Definitely a small-town-feel kinda office.

These people really know reptiles. My only complaint is that they tend to reschedule their appointments a lot. They do it will in advance but it is still a bit annoying.

If you go here, do not see anyone but Dr. Silvera. She's the only one that isn't rude, rushed and won't laugh at your questions.

If you love your pet don't do it. I was told But 3 different people did they were gonna do a school sample from my pet and send it to the lab This was on a Thursday I gave them time waiting till Monday and they said that that wouldn't be until Wednesday and if they hear anything sooner they would give me Nicole little did I know I wasn't going to get that call.. I waited till 2 o'clock on Wednesday to call them to give them a little bit of time So if the vet got there at 10 should be able to take a look when I called the reception is knew nothing about it and she informed me that they never sent a stool sample to the lab. She said they did not charge me for a stool sample and I was confused because I spoke to them for different times and they had told me that they sent the school sample to the paying for it wasn't an issue because before I even went in they told me a $150 for the check up and charged me $308 so obviously I was gonna pay and I thought I had by Wednesday they informed me that they didn't charge me so they didn't send in the school sample. Meanwhile my pet is not Getting any better. And they also charge me $30 for a couple of different shots each so $60 I knew they weren't going to do anything I was really more concerned about the school sample to see if I can getvanilla biotics but I paid for the little vitamin shots now I'm not even sure if they gave them to my pet. Since they lied about everything else the manager was supposed to call me back of course I never got that call back she made the poor reception as on Wednesday due to her dirty work spineless and heartless.

Worst place ever. Charging me a cancellation fee because my roads are flooded and I physically cannot drive there. Lost a customer and realized all they care about is money and not safety. Atlas pet hospital is much more accommodating.

The staff is really great! Patient, explains everything, gives client options and no pressure. Very gentle with my baby. We found our Vet!!!

We recently had to euthanize our dog Zoey. Critter Care was quick to schedule an appointment, they have a friendly staff and Audra was very detailed in the cause of our dogs suffering and why treatment options would not be recommended. She gave us comfort, her staff was patient with us and provided comfort for the dog and our 2 children. This has been the hardest thing our family has had to do and we are thankful to the Critter Care Center for their support and kindness

I can't say enough about our doctor!! She is so amazing and we love her like no other! The time she takes to care for my pips is the best. You would think that Piper was her dog! I will not ever leave for another vet! Dr Silveria is who you want to care for your fur babies!! Nothing but love love for her and her staff!! They all rock!!

We purchased a AKC Doberman and after 5 days he started having seizures. Dr Natalia has gone above and beyond in her attention and care of our dog. He is now 2 and we are still managing him and attempting to give him the best quality of life possible. I have no idea what we would do if it wasn’t for critter care. Their prices and care are next to none! Very grateful for critter care
