They took really good care of our colt who we brought in due to colic. We decided to leave him there overnight and he had to get colic surgery as it turned out he had eaten bailing yarn. He is now on the mend thanks to God and this amazing team. They took excellent care of him and his mom while there and kept us up to date on everything. Doctor Weatherall is an wonderful doctor who knows her stuff and had answers to all of my questions and made me feel at ease every time we spoke. They are well staffed and organized and everyone is professional and friendly and they really care about your animals. It was great to have them help us during a time when we were so worried and scared about our colt's health.

HORRIBLE! I will never give them my business again! Was told I'd recieve coggins in 2 days. 2 weeks later and never received anything, called in and the manager was rude and somehow said it was my fault.

I cannot express how truly grateful I am for the team of people here. Dr. Weatherall was so informative. I don't own a horse trailer so I had one day to get my horse in and surgery performed and they accommodated my needs and my horse is now home recovering. This place is top notch!

DO NOT COME HERE STAFF IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALplease to all my dog parents do not bring your dog here or any pet that you care about these people are nothing but money hungry and do not care at all about your pets !Took my pet in for some blood work and they told me I would have results no more than 2 hours turns out they had "emergencies" and no one ever got back to me not even simple phone call or text. I asked for a refund and they completely denied me & the manger was simply to stuck up and in her own mind did not care to even listen on why I wanted the refund. The manager and all her staff have the exact same attitude. Unfortunately they think it's okay to treat clients like that. So please DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & go to another vet that actually cares about your pet. This will not be my last post here or any other website (: see you guys soon

This is the hospital to bring your horse. There is always a doctor on call 24/7. They do mobile visits also. All doctors including doctor Wan are very knowledgeable and skilled, they will bend over backwards to help And heal your horse. . I highly recommend Southern California Equine hospital in Norco Ca.

Picture of rejected foal, now a 3 year old. they have been with us every step of the way in his care, since the night he was born and rejected.

I don't write reviews on Yelp often but please read this thoroughly and do not use this business. I called them in November of last year to schedule a pre-purchase exam for a horse that the organization I work for was going to purchase. They set up the appointment with one of their vets, and I gave them my name, phone number and email so that I could be the point of contact when it was time for the vet to go out and examine the horse. I frequently set up PPE's for the organization I work for, and I always let them know over the phone that the organization (which I always name) will pay the bill. The exam went well and the horse was bought, and I personally never heard from them again. Last week, I received a letter in the mail from the American Credit Bureau that I had a debt which had been sent to collections. At first, I thought it was a scam. I called the credit bureau however and sure enough, they told me there was a charge at an equine hospital in Norco, CA that had been sent to collections. I recognized the name (SoCal Equine), but I thought there was no way they could put a debt in my name and send it to collections without any information beyond my name/number/email, and no attempt to contact me. I immediately called SoCal Equine's office, and explained to the woman I spoke to what the situation was. I told her I would have told whoever I spoke to (as I always do) the name of the organization that should have been billed, she interrupted me and said "it would have been me you spoke to, and I actually remember you talking to me and it wasn't clear." Assuming she did clearly remember a single brief phone call with me 7 months ago, my main concern of course was how on earth they were able to do this without any attempt to reach me or the organization, and for my credit score to now be affected. I told her I'd call her back, and I checked with the organization's Office Manager, CEO, etc. and they had not received any calls or bills from SoCal Equine. I personally, of course, had not either. After checking records, I called her back. At this point, she told me that when she hung up with me earlier, she went back and listened to a recording of our phone call (from November 2021) and that it "wasn't clear" who to bill. This seemed ludicrous to me, and I should also point out that they do not mention anything about recording you when picking up the phone. I asked her if I could get a copy of that recording and she said "we don't give out copies of those recordings." Ok, fine. She continued to deny they knew anything about this organization at all, so it had all been pinned on me. I then asked her what address she had on file that they had supposedly been sending bills to. Low and behold, she gave me the address of the organization. I asked her if they had been sending bills to that address--she said yes. I told her we 100% never received anything. To this she said "Well, I don't know then." I asked her why no one had received any calls either before this was sent to collections--she said they don't call, they only send bills. Ok...doesn't seem like a good practice, but fine. We never received anything. I also questioned how she was able to put a debt in my name and get it sent to collections with only my name/number/email (no social security number, etc.) She said they "hire a research company" to do it for them (essentially this sounded like an investigative company of some sort that finds my information for them?) Again, big red flags here and this seemed very sketchy. I also want to point out that during this conversation, she would continually interrupt me in an irritated, defensive tone. She tried to get off the phone several times. So along with these extremely poor business practices, this woman is blatantly rude and unprofessional. When I finished my phone conversation with her, I told her I never got her name, and asked for her full name. She responded "I'll give you my first name but I'm not g

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and overall my experience has been good with the majority of the staff. However, I’ve always had a not so pleasant encounter with Stephanie. She has always been rude when I have gone in. She is not courteous and seems like she hates her job.Recently I took my dog in and she was very cold and did not want to help me. My bf went in and started talking to her and she had the audacity to roll her eyes at us, so we left. We spoke to management and the manager was very nice and said we were still welcome to come in. So, yesterday I called to make an appointment and Stephany answered. She must have recognized my voice because she was giving me the run around even before I gave her my name. She then told me that she couldn’t help me and was advised to not have any contact with me and told me to call back today to speak to the manager. I did and to my surprise she blocked my number. I called multiple times and the line kept sounding disconnected. I was unsure if that was the case, so my friend tried calling and sure enough the call went through. So my friend proceeded to schedule the appointment. Again, Stephanie answered and she said that only a reverse p-test could be done, but no surgeries. My friend explained to her that I had tried calling yesterday and I was told by her to call back today. Then we asked her what her name was (because we felt like she was lying) and she wouldn’t answer. She would place me on hold acting as if she was busy and couldn’t hear me. Then she would answer the phone and when I would ask for her name she responded my saying her name was Monica (my friends name) and then I said your name is Monica? And she said no my name is Rocio (which is my name). I asked her if this was a joke and she stayed silent and wouldn’t answer me. I asked her if I could speak to someone else and she said no, to call back tomorrow. She asked for my number to supposedly have a manager call me, but I hesitated to give it to her because I knew she was going to block me.I have never had such a childish encounter with anyone in customer service. It definitely felt like I was playing a game with a toddler. It is unfortunate because a friend of mine has had a similar experience with her. Her behavior is completely unprofessional and makes this Great hospital seem terrible.I am not giving them a 1 star rating because I have had good service from everyone else, except her. I just want others to know the kind of service you will get when helped by Stephanie. So if you decide to use So Cal Equine ask for someone else.If a manger does read this, please go back and hear the audio from when I called yesterday morning and today when I called at 2.

Poor bedside manner, no diagnostics and just push for surgery all about the $$$. If you’re in Norco, take your horse to Chino Valley it’s worth the drive.
