After 2 months of a frustrating escrow process dealing with a mortgage company that made me miss my closing date my loan got switched to RAzone and I worked with Mitchell Sima directly. He never missed a single call of mine and answered any questions I had. He and his team worked non stop to get my loan cleared to close start to finish in a week. 10 out of 10, I recommend this company and Mitchell especially if you are a Veteran

I highly recommend Greg Falzone with RAzone Mortgage Group. If it weren't for Greg and his knowledge, I would be completely lost . From start to finish he made everything for us easy. He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was in order from A through Z. We were able to close escrow in about 20 days, now that's amazing and extremely impressive. On top of that he goes out of his way to make sure you know exactly what to expect and that you are comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Greg Falzone along with his team at RAZone Mortgage. Greg had all the answers when I wasn't sure if I could make a home purchase a reality. I was originally starting the loan process with another lender, but they did not show any urgency and took a while with responding, so I tried Greg and he was ready to help out immediately. He gave me some tips on what to prepare for and was very helpful in other questions I had regarding Prop 19 and supplemental taxes. Thanks again to everyone at RAZone Mortgage. I've recommended some of my friends already.

This review is long overdue! We had the pleasure to work with Jose Luis and we had the best experience! We got denied the first time with another mortgage company and got referred to RAzone Mortgage. It didn't take him no more then a day to let us know he can make it happen!! Walked us through the process and through it all kept us updated and well informed. I knew this was going to be very stressful but honestly he kept us calm the entire time and made it possible for us to be in our new home!. We will definitely refer him to our friends and family and are looking forward to continue using them in the future!

Great mortgage partner !Jose Luis Rasilla truly knows how to get a loan done with accuracy and in a timely manner. I've never seen a lender waiting on escrow. Working with Jose was a pleasure. He was very informative, knowledgeable, was able to answer all questions and most important he was available. He helped a family member of mine with this particular purchase and we are excited to build new memories in their new home. Myself and my team absolutely look forward to working with him again.
