I went to look at trailers and get information. I was not ready to buy yet, but Rose and Cici still took the time to show me the different trailer sizes and provide me with all the information I needed. Rose was very informative and followed up with me without any 'sales pressure'. I would highly recommend Stellar Trailers!!

Customer service was great! Rose helped me out and made everything super easy. I was in and out really quick. Prices were great and was able to get financed easily. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a trailer.

Bait and switch or worse!
I'll start with the positive. The office staff is wonderful and polite even though they have no real say in the business.
Stellar trailers had several trailers posted online. I contacted them to set up a buy and it took some back and forth because they didn't think they had the specific trailer i was talking about. I sent them to their own website (see pic below) and then it took several days to go back and forth with the "boss" who refused to honor their listed price. Did they immediately take down the listing on their own website? No, it was left up for over a week and the best they could offer was over 1000 above what it was listed for. The photos and description were for a specific trailer and I was told that was for a completely different trailer even though the photos matched the listed description.
If you have your own website honor your prices, and if you have no intention of honoring your own listing price at least take it down in a timely manner. False advertising or bait and switch. You make the call.

Customer services is the worst, especially the parts department.
You have to call them and text message somebody and then when you finally get them to answer, they tell you one price over the phone and then you get there to pick up the part and the price has gone up and the person you’ve been speaking to is no longer available

I just grabbed my first dump trailer for my business! Johnny at stellar was informative, helpful, gave me space to hash out details with insurance and my wife. I was in n out quick!
Then I forgot the key to my hitch at home lol. One of his guys was willing to hang back a half hour after closing to allow me to pick up my trailer. Great guys! 100% will buy again.

Great experience at Stellar Trailer. Bought a 24 ft enclosed cargo trailer in April 2024. The young lady that helped me with the purchase also did all of the DMV paperwork for us and had a great attitude. I will definitely go back to buy another one.

Went on a Saturday at about 3pm, hours were listed open till 6:30pm. The place was locked up. There are multiple phone numbers to contact them, tried all of them and still no response. We were going to buy a trailer, but not with this kind of service

This place was great, the sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable. When I made a decision on what trailer I wanted the office was just as helpful. They helped me with financing.
