I’m a huge review kinda guy and the reviews kinda scared me for a second but I decided to give a try. I have been dealing with Barbara who has been nothing but helpful and amazing. She greeted me within a couple of minutes of showing up and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. For all the people who put negative reviews about this place must have been on a bad day or something. All the employees are friendly. They have a huge selection of vehicles here on the lot. Ask for Barbara I guarantee you won’t be disappointed ?.

Got a car from them, enjoyed the experience of being able to not feel like someone was breathing down my back, which always happens at a dealer but not here. Also helpful staff. Alberto answered all my questions without hesitation, recommending them forSure!

Went there today after a drive from oceanside. Made an appt to see a vehicle. Got there, couldn’t find a way into the building. Finially made it in, nobody inside that worked there. Someone came in and I didn’t even know he worked there. Very scrappy looking gentleman. Never even got a name from him. Brought us to the car, car had an empty tank, had zero percent oil life, low on coolant, battery in remote was low and tires were in desperate need of replacing. Salesman was very rude and never even sat down. Appeared as though he was the only one working there. Needless to say we didn’t buy the vehicle. Honestly would’ve if we got a better vibe from this place. Exact vehicle we wanted but super shady place.

Literally the most unprofessional "dealership" I've ever been to in my life. I made an appointment to see a car days before arriving from over 50 miles away. When I arrived the car was wayyy more beat up than it was in the picture on the listing, and they'd let someone else take the car for a test drive the previous day and let him keep the key so I couldn't even test drive it. Despite making an appointment with a salesperson, that same person wasn't even there when I arrived, and the dude I spoke to had no clue about the details discussed, and couldn't be bothered to make a deal despite the fact that I arrived with cash in hand ready to purchase. The place had at least 200 cars and I arrived in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday and the place was a ghost town I was the only customer there, and they let me walk right out. Didn't attempt to make a deal, didn't attempt to show me alternatives. Oh and on top of that, these guys have a flat dealership fee on top of the price of $1600. Smh. Do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else.

I have never do a reviews but this dealer deserves one You can tell how unprofessional just by the way they dress and bad hygiene Just so you know they add a $2000 warranty On all their cars without telling u till the end Also if you buy a car and for some reason the bank don't approved you Just know they keeping $500 dollars off your downpayment And that's not right Do your homework before coming here

Warning - stay away, they post cars they do not have, will run your credit application when you ask them not to, It's been 3 weeks since they ran my credit, they still don't have the car.

Please RUN while you can. Their car selection is nice but the red flags are all there when it comes to a dealership. Ive dealt with way smaller dealerships and have gotten better customer service. I purchased a vehicle (2016 range rover sport) from this place 10/11/23 as is no warranty because one wasnt offered to me anyway. One week into purchasing, my dash showed me that the engine was overheating. i took it to the repair shop. Got a diagnostic & replaced the thermostat (1k), next day i return to the repair shop and they do a full inspection. Following day they summarize that a hose bust and that the car needed a new engine (a 21k job!) Ive only had the car for 3 weeks and its been in repair for 2/3 weeks ive had it. I called the dealership to work something out and the sales manager simply said “good luck” .. Theyre selling lemons. They only care about money, they can careless about whos spending their hard earned money.

I wish I would have read the reviews before driving 4 hrs to see a car. Apparently appointments mean nothing to them. Their Saturday “manager” is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. When a “business” likes to waste potential customers’ time I would run not walk away from this circus. Also I have never seen a more filthy “establishment”. Would not surprise me to see the health department paying a visit.
