She takes her time and thoroughly explains everything, I have never felt like she was rushing or had somewhere else to be. After surgery her office is wonderful about following up and answering questions. Very good pricing especially for spay and neuter. The front office is always so welcoming. Definitely a small-town-feel kinda office.

We scheduled a wellness check at our home (today is 7/29/24) plus immunizations. Clear, honest & helpful - his assistant Melissa was also wonderful . You can tell when someone loves their work and spends the time educating clients. We are very grateful for such a high level of care. When and if there is ever an emergency- we have the peace of mind that they will be cared for properly. Really impressive. After looking online we visited it in Norco. BIG SMILE! Located in a business strip mall on Hamner Avenue, parking was easy. Just walking in smelled “char broil”. The staff was welcoming and they graciously explained the available fare. I selected a “smokehouse” burger, and my sweetheart decided on the chicken tenders. The dining area was cozy and the wait wasn’t long. The burger came with fries, and she got coleslaw. EXACTLY the char broiled burger I was craving! I’ll be back often.?

1468 Sixth St Unit B, NorcoI don't understand how Lappert's isn't busier!!! Their ice cream was SO GOOD. They were very generous with samples, and we got to try so many flavors! We had a hard time deciding which one to get because they were all amazing. Service was also super friendly!! I ended up getting the Mocha Chip and my bf ended up getting the Pecan Praline. One thing we noticed was that their ice cream wasn't TOO sweet! I've tried White lyon and I thought their ice cream was overwhelmingly sweet for me, but Lappert's is the perfect amount of sweetness! We'll definitely come back to try more flavors :-)

I ordered baja style and the sauce had no taste and I was a bit thrown off by the rectangular “fresh fish” and the breading just nothing as expected. Their Mexican white rice and both the pinto and black beans are really good.

The food and service were great. The food had great flavor and presentation. We received our food order in a timely manner. The only downside was that we had ordered specialty coffees that we didn’t received until halfway through eating our meal. We took our drinks to go so it was ok, and we understand it did get busy.
Overall great food and service. The restaurant was clean. There’s only 1 restroom so a few times there was a line for the restroom. The parking lot of the plaza does get full when the plaza is busy.

1204 Sixth St, NorcoI contacted Jennifer about a pet and she called the foster family immediately. She seems very busy so from then on I communicated with the foster family. They have been wonderful and even checked in on him. The visit from the prior family helped put his mind at ease and he opened up to us after. we are happy with our experience. 1000x better than dealing with the shelter.
