Always been faithful to Autozone (especially for high standard customer service) but decided to give O’reilly a try earlier today. Mike the manager came out to help reduce queues in line. When I was next (last in line) he walked away and said “ you will be helped in a minute when he is done with the customer” …Mind you the customer he was talking about was not at the counter but looking for an item down aisles. Mike went into his office and sat. Will never go back.

My headlight was busted and this store is supposed to be selling parts only but the manager (Bryan i think ) who assisted me even replaced it for me at NO charge... Talk about going above and beyond. Also while I was waiting, someone made sure to ask me if I was being helped. Thank you!!! This place is highly recommended for your auto parts

We had to come here to buy a new light for our car because it was out. We had to replace it ASAP. Luckily it has only one left and I got it! I'm sure it'll be worth the money.

I called the store yesterday to find out if they had a starter for my make and model car in stock. Unfortunately they did not but the store associate Trisha went above and beyond to assist me in locating a store close by that had the part in stock and answer any questions I had (which were a lot) and even took the time to explain things in depth for me when I wasn't quite understanding the warranty process and options I had for my part replacement. She was very polite and didn't get frustrated or annoyed with how many things I asked of her or the multiple times I called back with more questions. By far an excellent employee who definitely deserves a raise ???

I use to go to auto zone and the customer service was horrible and employees were uneducated and I came over to O'Reilly auto parts by winco and hands down the best customer service from TONY. He was so friendly and patient and helpful and educated in the products in the store. He helped and looked up each item and got them for me off the shelf and was very respectful to even help carry it to the car. He made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable for me. I definitely will be returning only here. TONY is a fantastic employee. 10/10 service.

I came in needing a fuel line for my truck and they didn’t have the exact size I needed so the guy working there showed me the closest they have, I decided to try it but first checked with him that I can return it if it’s too tight for my carb. Then I go in the following day after the hose didn’t work to return it, and now he was saying they can’t do returns on that fuel line because when they sell it they have to cut it to size off the roll. So I was blatantly lied to so they could make some money off me, meanwhile the hose they sold here was almost $18 for what I needed and it’s just under $12 at Napa for a better brand too. This place is a scam.
