We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!

Super refreshing convo and service from night guys Moe and Jerold (mofos have been on a roll with my old 2500) Myself, my husband and my grandsons rarely hear they don't have something we can at least have the next the day for our trucks. Every sumbish actually has life in them at this one. The pretty mom is always really sweet im sorry i forget her name Thanks again loves! don't let the supes change any of your personalities they just really miss having theirs

They seem to use very low quality suppliers these days. First my alternator i bought 4 months ago already went out. Now i buy a window switch for $100 which is 100% same chinese one for $20 on amazon. Anyways installed it and it clicks all the time, took it back and they replaced it and 2nd one was dead on arrival. I took it back and said i think we are done give me my money back and i will go elsewhere because your costing me way to much time.
