I've been going here for a few years now, with multiple cars. Robert was the one the always helped me. I guess he had a falling out with the owner is no longer there. He left when I had my motorhome there to be fixed and I was told to come pick it up because Robert was the only one who could work on it. Then I brought my daughters Nissan in because it was overheating. Mac(?) said the water pump was leaking so he replaced it and the thermostat. He also replace the timing belt because it was bad. $800! When he showed me the old belt there was nothing wrong with it. When I got home I pulled out my old receipts and found that Robert had replaced it less than a year ago. Then the next day the car started overheating again. Mac told me to bring it back and they replaced the thermostat again but couldn't find anything else wrong with it. Two days later the car was still overheating. Brought it back and Mac tells me that because the radiator fan wasn't coming on when the A/C was switched on that's why it was overheating. Also, the A/C fan switched stopped working. He said he changed the temperature sensor and the blower fan resistor. $100. He complained that he worked for 5 hours on in. When I asked about the radiator fan he said it was working after all, that once it warmed up it came on. (Not what he said originally.) When I picked up the car a piece of window molding between the hood and the door was sticking straight up. He tried to put it back and told me to silicone it down when I got home. After I got the car back, on my way home, I couldn't keep the glove box closed and the shifter indicator in the center console was broken and just flopping around. He tells me to bring it back AGAIN. I ended up just hanging up on him. I'm so tired of their incompetence. I will NEVER use them again. Robert may have been a jerk and temperamental but I never had problems like this. At least I knew my car would be fixed. Please, please do not use these guys. Then don't have a clue as to what they are doing.

Called to get a quote for an oil change and the response I got was “hahaha you’ve got to be kidding me, that’s all you want?” Yeah won’t be going here.

Ever since Robert left the shop Mazen the owner has definitely made this place go down hill by increasing the pricing and the owner has been harassing Robert (my dad) at his new shop and home, we have cameras and proof of him doing so. Very unprofessional and petty not a place I would recommend now. If you want a reliable place to go to I would say stop by at Norco automotive on hamner and 5th street on the corner.

This garage is under new management and I'm not happy. My truck wasn't starting, it turned out to be just a bad battery. The vehicle check, oil change and a new battery cost almost $500, seriously?! What's worse is they didn't even call me to get approval to do the battery change or tell me the price in advance. I'll have to find a new local mechanic or take my vehicles to Corona. Very disappointing.

I have been going here for about years off and on. Aparently, they are under newanagement. They charged me $125 to plug the code reader in and did not want to apply that to the work. After arguing they agreed to apply only $50 to the work. Decided to let them keep the $125. Never going back.

Took our car in at 7:30 AM for a preset appointment. Per a shop technician to get a early start. The car wasn't checked until next day only to be advised they couldn't get to it until the following week.Some needed parts were already replaced per a previous authorized Star smog station report. The engine light was still on resulting for further investigation. The car was there 2 days. I was told delay was due to replaced parts. I had advised technician of prior work done and wanted system repair when making the appointment. Very disappointing!

This is my favorite place to have my oil changed. They have always done a great job, only recommend extra needs when my vehicle actually needs something, reasonably priced and they even dropped me off at work while they changed my oil. I don't bother going anywhere else anymore.
