I really do not like to leave reviews that are not favoring to a business. However, it is going to be expensive to get my car corrected. I was driving on the freeway and paint came from truck, landed in front of me. I tried to go around it and it got on the side of my car.I brought my car to Norco Auto Detailing, based on two recommendations from the neighboring car wash and auto body shop. Spoke with Mike and he expressed he could remove the paint. When I returned the next day, as he asked for me to leave it over night, it was late evening and the car seemed fine. He said he gave me a clear coat as well. So I paid for the $300 service.The next day, I woke up,and the whole left side of my car had streaks, permanent finger prints under the clear coat (I can’t remove) and now the whole side of my car looks damaged. I had JUST had it painted last year in October on that same side.When I returned to show Mike, he said all it needs is a polish. However, that should have been done, prior to me picking it up. It needs more than polish. These streaks are permanent. I had my own car polish and they did NOT come off. I was in town visiting! I couldn’t stay to have it corrected because I came into town for an event I was a part of. Then I had to return home and I live 6 hours away.I am beyond upset. It will now cost me a lot of money to have it fixed. I paid $300 for a paint repair and Yes, the paint was removed, but now I have more than $300 of damage. I wasn’t offered my money back. Not happy at all! My car is blue, so it definitely stands out.Service: Paint repair

These guys do a great job. I bring my truck here every two weeks for a car wash and every couple months for a full detail. They are fair in price and do excellent work. I believe they are starting to do window tinting as well.Services: Engine detailing

Brought my 2002 Grand Cherokee that I just purchased here because I was referred by another business and it needed a full detail. I went over what I wanted done and the owner set a price, but the attention to detail was very poor for a “Full Detail”. There were multiple spots in the interior that were not cleaned or wiped down, the carpet had spots that weren't even touched even though I was told all of the carpets would be shampooed and cleaned. He said they would spot clean the headliner, they didn’t even touch it and both sun visors were not even cleaned, the glass was still full of dust just like before the detail. Usually I’m not one to leave reviews or complain, but for $310 I could have got a better job done at a local car wash. Here are pictures for proof! I ended up re-doing the inside and that towel is just from re-cleaning the front.Services: Auto detailing

John and his team did a great job cleaning the interior of my wife's car.Got out a bunch of fresh mustard stains and more on the seats, and when we thought we were missing a bunch of small personal items, the guys found them in their work area & were quick to apologize, clean those items in front of us, and return them right away with a sincereapology. Honest mistake but they were awesome about it and they definitely have integrity and accountability regarding their work.Overall great experience & best price for all the work that they did on our car. Thanks guys, we appreciate you!

If you care about your POV, this is the place to go! Being the savage that I am, traversing the muddy terrain as I do, with the little furry dire beast that I have (instagram.com/puppydawglucas), I seriously thought my Audi baby was unsalvageable. But Mint Condition-ing proved me wrong. They somehow took this swamp creature of a car and turned it into a beautiful new angel. Genuinely warm and loving staff. Friendly workers who care not only about your vehicle but also about you as an individual. Cozy, lounge seats in a clean and safe environment. What most spoke to this Tactical Girl were the heartwarming tributes - the support for our forces in blue, love for our nation and our veterans, and creative and spiritual inspiration all around. Thank you Mint Condition-ing for making my life a thousand times better! I can now brave the Los Angeles traffic with a peace of mind.

My tint is still looks like it was done my some unskilled worker. Come by to see my tint job. 2nd try and still could get it right! Horrible! Bubbling right after he said it would be we never bubble and PEEL. Took my money and RAN!

This was my new car's first car wash since the dealership so I wanted make sure I picked a reliable car wash. This one happened to be a mile away from my work so I decided to give it a try... and I'm 100% percent satisfied!! I chose the $25 wash and wax which is an unbelievable price for the job they did. I thought I would have to wait a couple hours but it only took about an hour. Not to mention, the customer service was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!

I am not easily impressed... however this place blew me away! I was a little hesitant driving 20 minutes away from home but it's very rare for a car wash to have good reviews so I took my chances. The workers are so sweet and welcoming! Plus, they're Christian!! For the most my part, my experience was great and the wash was even better. However, my only caveat is that I got the $25 special + $10 for extra clean. I was told the $10 would spot clean my seats and get the stains out. But the spots seemed untouched so I'm not exactly sure what I paid extra for :/ With all being said, I still had a great experience and will continue to come here from now on!

It's always my place to go. I drive from Lancaster just to have my car washed at mint conditioning , they are always super friendly and careful with my car. They do AMAZING job at detailing when I have to go to a car show. They even clean the engine bay at super great and reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

Pretty good job cleaning my truck both inside and out, longer wait time than expected 1:45 for a wash. Good thing there was a pizza joint close by to have a beer

I couldn't be more blown away or overjoyed at the cut and polish job 951 Mint Condition-ing did on my 318ti!!!! IT'S PRACTICALLY A BRAND NEW CAR!!! I thought for sure the paint was done and I was going to have to have it repainted but these magicians worked their magic until this car was absolutely brilliant!! THANKS A MILLION TIMES OVER TO everyone there for working your magic!! I always take my cars here for a wash as well and they refuse to let any car go that's not the best quality wash they can give you. Hands down best car wash/detailer I've ever been too!!

I repeat do not come to this car wash I never write reviews today is the worst day ever I came to this car wash and idk what kind of chemicals they used on my car but my paint started to peel I immediately noticed after getting off my car the damaged they did to my car so I drove back and told the workers and of course they denied having to do this on my car and Said they couldn't do anything about it I'm so upset my car is ruined I took my car to body shop and they confirmed it had to be some type of chemical to have damaged my car I did not do this to my car now I have to repair out of my own pocket hopefully someone sees this review and won't think twice about coming here
