I had a 2002 f150 that had a bad AC. I ordered everything online and took it to him. He had it installed in a day and now my AC is ice cold! I paid 400 in parts and about 400 in labor, for an entire AC system. His service is fast and professional!

I took my vehicle in August 2023 to get the A/C repaired and he told me that my the parts and service were covered under warranty. Less then a year later the A/C stopped working and he refused to fix the issue under warranty without a receipt and refused to look in his system for the receipt and he started making up lies that I still owe him money for the repair, I doesn't make sense why he would release the vehicle if I owed him money.

Tom is the best. Working with him is simple, quick and easy. The AC in my truck stopped blowing cold air, left it with Tom and he got it fixed super quick. Thank you.

## Disappointed with Norco Auto Air - Unprofessional Service and Lack of Integrity
I'm writing this review to warn anyone considering Norco Auto Air, regardless of the car you drive. My experience was deeply disappointing and highlights a critical lack of both technical expertise and good business character.
**The Problem:** I specifically chose Norco Auto Air because they advertised servicing Teslas. However, after paying $600 for an AC recharge, my Tesla's air conditioning continued to blow hot air. It became clear they lacked the knowledge to properly service a Tesla.
**Request for Resolution:** Hoping to resolve this peacefully, I contacted the owner and politely requested a refund since the service was demonstrably ineffective.
**Disappointing Outcome:** Disappointingly, the owner refused to take responsibility for their mistake and issue a refund. This unwillingness to rectify the situation showcases a distinct lack of good character and customer service.
**More Than Just a Tesla Issue:** While my experience involved a Tesla, this response raises a red flag for anyone considering Norco Auto Air. Their lack of technical expertise with Teslas is concerning, but even more concerning is the owner's refusal to stand behind their work and treat customers with fairness.
**Avoid the Hassle:** There are many reputable auto repair shops in the area. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration of dealing with Norco Auto Air. Their lack of both technical knowledge and business integrity makes them a poor choice for any car owner.

After being told by a “full service garage” that I needed a new compressor I decided to go to a specialist. I had a minor leak and it was fixed in no time. Will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who needs air conditioner serviced .

Thought I would take a chance after looking at all the good reviews and definitely cheaper than dealerships, but they we were definitely careless, maybe too big headed with all the good reviews. Got the refrigerant refilled but they forgot to put the cap back on…. This is your job that you do all the time, how could you miss it? AC was out again after less than a year…. Thanks for nothing…

With temperatures hovering around 100 and getting into a super hot car, I realize I've been remiss in not writing this review. A few months ago, my car was in the usual shop we use for service. We asked if they could also look at the AC system because it wasn't working properly. Our shop did not work on AC systems and referred us to Norco Auto Air. Norco Auto Air works exclusively on vehicle AC systems. Tom diagnosed the problem, explained our choices and cost, and fixed it. My auto AC has been working great in these extreme temperatures. We have recommended this shop many times since. Tom is very knowledgeable and honest.

I was referred to this business yesterday when I had an oil change at another shop. I called yesterday explaining my problem with my air conditioner and the work already done from another mechanic. The owner looked at my engine and knew right away what the problem was . He had it fixed within just a few hours. As of today it is working like it should. I'm happy to have a one year warranty. Hopefully the air will continue to blow cold for a few years at least.

We have an old old OLD 1999 Chev Silverado, that just keeps going! But the air, not so much. So I finally paid Norco Auto Air to have it replaced...but 6 months later it wouldn't blow cold air. We took it back to Norco Auto Air, they ran some dye through it to check for a leak. When we (finally) got it back into the shop, they recognized the issue and fixed it for no additional costs. I'm so grateful to have found a reliable and honest fix it guy in town. Thank you!

I needed to responsibly Evacuate/Recover the R134a refrigerant in my 1999 Mazda Miata. It's illegal to release into the atmosphere. I'm replacing the A/C compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc myself. I called and spoke to Tom, the owner, that told me he would do it. Most shops try and charge for this service but he recovered my system free of charge. I showed up at his shop within 10 mins and he had me out of there within 10 mins. What other shops don't realize is that gesture alone makes me want to come back to Norco Auto Air to recharge my system when I'm done and pay for that service. He gained a customer for life and I will certainly refer people to him. Thanks again, Tom!
