This is no longer what it used to be. Was much better when it was the Norco Animal Hospital. Ever since it changed names, it's a completely different experience. SoCalVet group treats you like a number and has raised their price considerably. Norco Animal Hospital used to treat you like you were family. I will not continue to go here.

I was incredibly impressed with my recent visit to Norco Animal Hospital at SoCal. The pricing was surprisingly affordable, and the veterinarian was knowledgeable and compassionate. They accurately diagnosed my dog’s condition and recommended a treatment plan that was both effective and budget-friendly. I’ve been to countless vets over the years due to my dog’s health issues, and this was by far the best experience. I’m so grateful to have found such a great vet and will definitely be returning.

I've been quite happy with the level of care my dogs receive. I didn't feel pressured to do further expensive testing. In fact, the veterinarian recommended it wasn't necessary. Their long hours seven days a week make it easier to find a convenient appointment time.

Want to take this time to shout a few people at this facility. I so appreciate the care I recently received from Lee and Corrina on a sensitive matter. They deeply ministered to my soul.
Just took two of my girls in for vaccinations and was again blessed to have Stephanie help us.
She and Kayla are definitely two of my favorite humans there! They are killing it on the personal touch!
Thank you to the four of you for making our experience there for both us and our dogs so pleasant ❤️

Took my rescued (completely unknown background) dog in for vaccinations and general check up. She saw Dr Kermit Smith, he was very thorough and informative. She went for spaying but when her belly was prepped for surgery they saw a faint scar that Dr Ables upon conferring with other doctors in the office and upon my approval she was not spayed, will wait to see if she comes into heat. She was chipped, nails clipped, anal glands expressed, thorough exam, blood work and antibiotics for elevated white count and skin rash. Price was very reasonable.

Dr Zachary smith great vet got my cat her antibiotic for a uti when the other vet dr shin was out of office. The problem I had was Dr Shin did not give my cat a broad spectrum antibiotic for her uti when they waited for results. I then had to wait 2 days for results to come back. I still did not receive a call back about if my cat had a uti. Day 3 I was having to call multiple times to get info on my cat then was told Shin was not in office and the other vet could not give me any info. I called again then got info about my cat having a uti. Then was told I had to wait another day for Shin to be in office I asked if Zach could see her tonight and I’d pay the emergency fee I just want my cat treated. I had to jump through multiple hoops just to get my cat treated. Bottom line Dr Zach and a front desk girl helped me a lot to get what I needed and saved me the cost of another emergency fee
