If you are in the Norco CA. area and looking to buy a car. Stop by Navi Exchange Auto Sales ask for Mohammed. His customer service was excellent he made the buying process really smooth. He was very informative on the cars history that I purchased. He was not a pushy salesman. He made me feel like my needs and happiness with my choice of car was very important. Came with my cousin to help him but a Jeep Compass and Moe was amazing! Moe is who you want to deal with and he won't feel like he's pushing you to buy. He's helpful and makes the transaction great. Will send the car to get a wash as well.

Well this head been the absolute worst thing I've ever gone through when buying a car. Everyone was really nice. But there are huge problems here. Lies lies and more lies. After driving the car for 50 miles check engine light came on. Too the vehicle back and they sent it to their mechanic. He traded the codes and have it back. Codes pop up again, they tell me take it to the dealer. I do. It needs a catalytic converter, o2 sensor and had a factory recall on some other part on the vehicle. So I get it fixed. Drive the car home and guess what.... Check engine light again. Evap system bad. Well that was another 500 bucks. Plus rental cars. I call Navi and am told, well that's the car business....wtf! Supposedly had a clean car fax too... Guess what that was wrong also. Started looking being the bumper cover to find the radiator support was crushed from an accident. Wow. I called and they said well the Carfax could've been wrong. Anyways now I'm just dumping money into a vehicle that I really didn't think I was going to have to. Do what you want but these guys are bad for the car business. I'm stick with this thing and hopefully you don't get stick like I did.

I bought a car from this place about three months ago. Everything looked great and the price was reasonable. However, within the first month I took my car through a car wash and the rear bumper was hanging off of my car. I called the dealership and they're response was it's not their problem. Oh, and did I forget to mention three weeks in of having my car I had to get oil and filter maintenance, tire maintenance and this morning my coworker had to give me a jump because my battery went out. On the 27th I would've had this car for 3 months. Current mood: throw the whole dealership away! - Can I get a refund? 😩

Vehicles clean and reasonable prices. Moe was professional and down to earth. Made it easy to buy. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Check Navi Exchange Auto in Norco out first if you plan to buy. No stressful salesmen or games.

This is not a good place to buy a car. Their cars fall apart and they take no accountability for it even after they say they will. Do not buy a car from here at all.
