Sheryl is a superstar hence all 5 Stars. She was relentless when dealing with my Insurance Company who were dragging their feet. I’ve taken all my Company Vehicles to Classic Collision for repairs and they look like they’ve came off the showroom floor when work has been completed by there Team. Thanks you Sheryl and Team! I don’t put reviews online, except in very rare instances (I think only a few times). I was referred to Classic Collision after an unusual vehicle collision. I was nervous going to a new place and Cheryl welcomed me and was very personable and professional, assuring me that she would work with the responsible party. Alyssa took care of the assessment of damages and reassured me that everything would be repaired properly and satisfactorily. She was amazing and calm, easing my uneasiness. Robert provided transportation both ways when I really needed the help. He was an extremely safe driver and very polite and friendly. When my vehicle repair was completed (ahead of schedule!) Alex went over every part of the repair. He made sure I was not only approving the work, but was happy with it. He explained what was replaced and what was painted. He too was professional and friendly. I was amazed! The detail was perfect! The vehicle looked brand new and not only did Robert wash the vehicle, but it was given a full detail! Inside and out was clean. It is so nice to have a company go above and beyond what is expected. This service will drive customers by word of mouth…the best advertising! Thank you all!!!

My Truck was damaged do to a fallen wire. My whole experience with the staff was amazing. The office staff was absolutely attentive and supportive. from Cheryl to Alex just fantastic. When I first went there Cheryl was on the phone for quiet some time, me not having the best day was impatient, until I realized why she was on the phone for so long. She was patiently helping and explaining everything the customer on the other side needed. Apparently the other customer had a bad too and Cheryl was kind and helpful. So I settled myself and thought that is how I wanted to be treated and didn't mind waiting little bit. She was amazing, they worked with when I went on vacation and had my Truck fixed up and ready when I came back from my trip. Thank you to Classic Collision. great staff.

I took my Mercedes Benz 2023 car…this car is super special with technology and Alex was super knowledgeable with it. Cheryl is super sweet and helped me with the entire process!

I would highly recommend looking at other options before you come here. I came in for a quote to fix a quarter sized dent on the roof of my car and was looking to pay out of pocket for this fix.
The initial customer service was great but went downhill from there. I got my quote a few days later and it was thousands more than what I was thinking. I could have gotten a full new paint job. I then asked to understand why the quote was so high and never heard back. It has been weeks at this point.
If you are looking to pay out of pocket for a some fix, please avoid this place. Its nice to know the Classic Collison is faster at replying to reviews than on customers inquiring about their quotes.

I got rearended in my car and asked my insurance to send me to Classic Collision because my mother had used them and had an excellent experience. I also had a wonderful experience with Classic Collision despite the circumstances that brought me to them. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful and, despite having to juggle a billion different tasks all at once, is totally on top of things and kick butt at her job. The technician that assisted with my car was Alex and he was super friendly and personable as we were looking over the damage to the car. By the end of the conversation, I knew that my car was in good hands and I was right--I don't know what magic he worked, but my baby was in and out of Classic Collision in less than a week. My car came away looking new, no damage to be seen, and from overhearing a couple of employee conversations, I know that Alex went over and beyond to help me. I'm super happy with the service that I was provided and, while I hope that I never have to use them again, I fully intend to come back should circumstances dictate that I need work done. 10/10, five stars, would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Stay away, run, don't walk. They take money for work not done, they don't make repairs in a timely manner and they absolutely do not take responsibility for rhe poor service or business practices. The manager is useless and no help at all

Horrible place. Don't ever take your car here. My brother's truck has been there since before Christmas. They are constantly giving a date of pick up and it has not been ready. Absolutely unacceptable and still can't give a date it will be ready!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The manager and regional are a joke. I had paint fail, they damaged my work equipment on the truck, they had redo the same repairs 4 times before I said screw it and pulled the truck out. Everything about this place is NOTHING like Murray’s. Stay away. You will regret it.

These guys are professional and reasonable, Alex is great at what he does and the front desk receptionist is awesome ?. My reviews are always honest and legit.
