“Really appreciate the clean, bright, welcoming and efficient layout of the Norco Rite Aid, my preferred store . Staff is friendly and knowledgable, and special shoutout to 'Sarah' a young woman so cheerful, friendly, and welcoming and quick to answer question and make me feel like a valued customer. Very 'small-town' personal service here in a country-store setting but with RiteAid's national standards and perks. I prefer using RiteAid's own housebrand products and find them equal to if not better than famous namebrands. Thanks RiteAid corporate and let your Norco Staff know what a great job they're doing.”
“This location has been my go to for over 20 years but to be honest I never even thought about giving it a yelp review until today. Luke thank you for being so kind when I made a mess in your isle. Helping me with the water I busted open. Running up and helping me was amazing. Omar, thank you for always being so awesome when it comes to helping me out with any weird or needy requests I have of you. Sean, thank you for always making me laugh, you are awesome brother. And Evan, thank you for being so helpful bagging up my groceries. Today was an awesome experience. There have been many awesome people that have worked here through the years and there are many other people that are awesome that still work there to this day. But if you are in the area and need a grocery store this is the place to be.”

“Went to Winco for stuff to make a pizzas. They had no raw dough. I went and asked a staff member near by they said ask deli. I went to the deli counter and waited ask and the lady response was, " I can't look, I'm the only working right now ho as the customer service!" So I walked from the back of the store to the store. Lucky 2 ladies were working a Miss. Bethany went ahead and checked for me in the back and looked for me in the store while I keeper shopping to hand me that raw dough that I needed. To see someone else from a different department go find me an item is beyond great customer service. At first I was upset how the deli counter lady dismissed me. I will continue shopping here. Thank you Miss. Bethany for going out your way to get me my pizza dough!”
