I took my dad to get a new line since he does not want to pay much, Metro PCS is the right place to go to, the young lady I believe her name Kayla or something close to that name, she was really nice very helpful but she did lie to us when she said your purchase come with free speaker, it’s my fault I should’ve looked on the receipt before leaving or asked to explain the charges, she did charge us 20$ for it, I guess she is desperate to get the sale. I just hate the lying part, I give 4 stars only because I liked the experience was easy and I really liked her hard work, I know life is hard but you don’t need to Betrayed the trust between you and your customers. You want sale build report, sell people by making them understand the value for your product.Update one star no more for the lies they tell

I went with my dad to get him a new phone. We bought the phone and the tech said she will set up and transfer all items contacts photo ext. She did none of this. Just setup the sim card and transferred the SD. We have to set up everything else. My dad is not tech savvy and i do not live with him. Luckily I caught this before i left. She rushed setup because other customers were in the store. even though we spent over $250 which is not a bunch of money but it's also not chump change. We even bought a phone case. This is disappointing. My farther is like others a good paying customer and was rushed and wrote off like he was some smoo off the street than a loyal paying customer. This happen around 330 today. She sated you are all set. Which to me and I think anyone else is not the case. This could have been avoided with two techs.

The manager of this store is a thief. We purchased a new phone that was defective, two days later brought it back. They could not fix the problem, sent us to the corporate store, they could not fix it and sent us back to this store. They offered us a used phone as a replacement for the brand new phone. We refused. We paid for a working new phone and they would not provide us that so we gave them their phone back and they refused to give us any refund. They now have our money and our phone and we have nothing!

They charg an extra dollar when you use any kind of card payment, use cash. Also slow service.

I think it's UTTERLY ridiculous that long time customers have to pay full price for a phone upgrade especially when the staff know that certain models were recalled for shutting off randomly, not receiving messages or phones calls and imI sure many other discrepancies.

Stopped here for some accessories and had a good selection as well, customer service was excellent and the store was clean. Workers were very helpful and will be coming back for any accessories in the near future!
