Great results and good price! Mario the owner gave me a great estimate and replaced my carpet flooring with wood/laminate in my family room, stairs and whole upstairs, was very happy with the results !

My experience with this place was the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer. They took 2 weeks to install carpet and laminate in my 1200 sq foot home. They lied about price quote, only spoke english when it came time to get paid, they showed up late everyday, damaged my furniture, I couldnt use my own bathrooms for 3 days because they used no strategy in installation. I will never refer or use these crooks again.

Mario is the new owner and did an amazing job. We had to find someone last minute to do carpet and Mario made it happen. He got to work right away and found the exact color I wanted. Thanks to his speedy service we were able to have a beautiful carpet before moving in. He did a great job with very affordable prices.

A while back I asked for recommendations for flooring installers on Facebook on the News for Norco page. I received several recommendations and got estimates from about six, most were really impressive. I settled on Maximum Carpets Floors Out West. Because Steve asked some questions and measured really well. I am not a stranger to getting work and estimates so I had a feeling I would get a great job from them. They were wonderful and I am very happy with the whole experience. Steve, Carol and Claire are wonderful to work with and the recommendations and input I received were great. I would recommend them to anybody needing flooring of any kind, they are a one stop shop. (951) 898-4588 on River Road in Norco. I had a budget and time constraints, told them upfront anything I thought would/could become a problem, so there are no surprises. I loose confidence with the number of surprises I get while in progress, so I always make sure we are on the same page. Carol and Claire are very good with ideas and work arounds. The three of them are a great team. They moved my furniture and put it back. I had laminate and carpet installed in most of my house. I will have them back to finish the rest when the time is right for me. One thing too. I was not home most of the time and gave them a key. Steve is extremely honest and trustworthy. He never gave my key to the workers and they were very clean. He also doesn't fill your house with ppl he does not know well. He is a perfectionist and kept a close eye on his helper, he usually had one. He was always the first one here and the last to leave. He does a great job. I had two contractors for dinner on Christmas and both were impressed.

Have used them two times now. Once for laminate on my downstairs floor and just recently had them install tile in two of my bathrooms. Both jobs were done wonderfully and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and plan to use again on my next project

We had new wood flooring installed by the owner Steve. He was meticulous about this work and did a beautiful job. We have a curved stone fireplace hearth and he took the time to install the flooring underneath the stone. The cost was well below other home improvement stores or liquidators. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants to get a lot of value for their money. We will use them again. Ron T.

I live a fair distance from this store but called them based on a raving review from a friend. The owner came personally to my home and measured, only to come up with a measurement much smaller than what a competitor had arrived at (saving me money...and there was still carpet left over at the end). His prices were fair and selection was great so we went with him. During the installation, the installers were very polite and friendly with my wife and daughter. They took their time with details around edges and seams and stayed late to finish the installation as promised. I can't say enough about this business.

I just had laminate flooring installed in my home. The staff was very helpful and patient with me while I was choosing my flooring. Steve did an excellent job with the installation. I couldn't be happier.
