Son took car to get car washed on 6/26/24. Car wash tore off driver side mirror so he filled out a claim form. Talked to manager who said all she could do was send the form to corporate and she couldn't do anything more than that. She couldn't provide a working number and the form said to talk to the store manager......
Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail.
Think twice about using their car wash as any damage will be ignored.....

Vada is one of the greatest cashiers 10 out 10 worker always makes me smile, great costumer service, hard worker. Always goes above and beyond for not only me but other customers. She makes the loop feel like home.

Only spot in Norco I’ll ever go to to get my Gas I love that there’s a huge selection of snacks and drinks the customer service is awesome I really appreciate the cashier Vada ?wow shes just amazing she brightens up my day and gets me the lucky scratchers all the time!

The most over priced gas, probably the worst drive through car wash I've ever been through. $15 and half the cleaning nozzles don't work... Employees are great, car wash is a rip off!

I stopped into the Loop today and I was greeted with a big welcome. It is hard to find good customer service but Josh displayed it. Thank you Josh for your great attitude. You were very warm and friendly. The facility was very clean. Thank you for your service.

It’s so organized in here! One of the cleanest markets I’ve been to. The cashier Vada was so friendly! Aside from her great customer service skills, I’m definitely going back to see that beautiful face again. I fell in love. I hope she can check out my heart and bag it to go?

This store is honestly one of the best I’ve been to in awhile, they are very attentive, kind and always having a smile on their face. Veda has been a great cashier, every time I walk in she’s always leaving a customer with a smile on their face. This girl is the star of the loop!

Reading all of these past reviews is insane! That was not the experience I had! The spot is super clean for starters and i'm talkin' about squeaky clean as if Mr.Clean lived in that thang. The snack selection was immaculate perfect for when you got the munchies! I'm not from around the area but the overall vibe was welcoming and customer service was great. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stop by for a 2nd time and would encourage others to do so too! Vada was really nice and professional, she also gave me information about the LoopBack Rewards Club and told me that the car wash was worth giving a try as well as a speedy check out! Overall, would go again!

This place always has what I need from an ice cold fountain drink to tasty hot snacks. Veda and Josh are also a welcome sight when I walk in...always polite, attentive, and always willing to help. It's nice to go places where they actually care about their customers and Veda and Josh are all about that! Great job you two !!! Keep it up!

Card readers on the pumps do not work or are not maintained. I went to three different pumps today. Had to go inside and my card worked just fine. More so, the price is 20 cents higher a gallon than elsewhere. Not a fan of having to wait in line to buy overpriced gas and then get an employee who is not helpful. I'll trade elsewhere from now on.
