Even though I never went to this store, there is one problem: LED "OPEN" sign. It keeps on flashing and it causes confusion from people because it is closed. Please fix this one problem to avoid getting complaints from customers. When it was closed, it was supposed to turn it off.

Tatiana is one of their hair stylists and recommended Jocelyn who works there too. I have darker hair and they put two rounds of bleach for light highlights, which was complete overkill. It's clear they don't have the right skill set for darker hair. Nevertheless, I paid the full amount to the stylist who styled my hair. When I asked the more senior stylist to fix my hair, she pretty much blew me off. Right now my perfectly hair has gone ridiculously crunchy dry and I need to figure out how I'm gonna fix it. I am never going to support this business again, clearly they cannot serve all kinds of clients

Monica did great coloring my hair. She took her time and dissect my hair since it was previous colored red, she has a lot of patience, definitely coming back.

I brought my granddaughter here to have her hair dyed and was disappointed on how it turned out. The dye job was not a very good one. While the pictures posted from someone else I like a lot. Unfortunately that person did not do my granddaughter's hair.
