“I purchased a Water Creation Vanity and a satin gold faucet. I chipped the paint on the mirror and asked to purchase touch up paint. The service team sent me the paint at no charge. I had an issue with the cold brass body of the faucet. I contacted Water Creation and shared the problem. The immediately sent me a new cold water body with an appology from the Service Team for my problems. I have been plumbing for more than 50 years and this has to be one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a manufacturer. I love the vanity and the faucet is a top quality solid brass that looks great in my bathroom. My hat is off to Water Creation Inc. and the Service Team. Thank you so much for your help and support.”

“I was referred by a friend to Genuine Materials who just finished remodeled her dream house. I took some samples home, use the samples as a palette; put ketchup, soy sauce, wine, even vinegar on them and left over night. They pass all the test without stains and are very easy to clean. Quality is top notch! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Love my kitchen with my brand new counter top. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!”

“Went to Ferguson's for a specific part my husband needed for the sink. Since this is the first time I have been here, and I have no clue where anything would be, I waited for the person at the cash register to help. I didn't get his name, but he was super nice and helped me find the product my husband needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the item, but the guy offered a replacement product that was similar but it wouldn't work for the sink we had. I appreciate the time he took to help me and I went to another Ferguson's and they had the part and I didn't need to ask anyone since I knew where it was from this Ferguson's. Will be back for my plumbing needs!”

“Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

I actually give them less than 1 star. these cabinets are crappy. mine are less than a year old and there are dings and dents all over. the doors will not line up no matter how many times i adjust it. I am not a rough person and take great care of my belongings. don't waste your money. you will regret it. Nadeem's responded to my review but of course she blamed everything on my contractor instead of taking responsibility. To add to my review, I have to agree with Sue S. on the rudeness of the staff. Costumer service is very important and this company has none.”
“Gone are the days of going to Home improvement or hardware stores and having retired contractors with a wealth of knowledge eager to help someone. Unfortunately these days quality costumer service is hard to come by. Which is precisely why I want to highlight Matt and his team at floor and decor in norco. He had helped me about a year ago picking out some stacked stone for my fireplace. He then gave me step by step instructions on the how to, supplies needed, and strategies to make it look great. The project came out flawless thanks to him. A year later I stopped by for my bathroom remodel, he remembered helping me out and followed up on how the wife liked the fireplace and to see pictures.. Just the small ability to recall the project and greet me by my first name is what sets this store apart from any other. As if that wasn't enough he proceeded to guide me through the process, he also took the time to help with the design as his designers were busy with other costumers. Long story short, the whole crew from the cashiers to the staff on the floor have brought back to the industry what used to be the norm. I will continue to bring my business along with referrals to F&D Norco.”
