“My wife and I are working with a kitchen & bathroom designer on a San Diego project that just happens to be 500-miles from where we are living in NorCal. Logistical challenge for sure. When it came time to select porcelain slabs Adriana and my wife chatted on the phone and quickly had a meeting of the design minds. Selection came by using Facetime with Adriana walking through the wherehouse showing us inventory until we came up with the slabs for our needs. Nowadays we all are relying on technology but without personal service it's a bit hollow. People like Adriana make it ring true and fit together. For us she made a world of difference!”

“Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

“We had such a great experience at your store. I shopped there when I remodeled my condo. It can be overwhelming! Carl needed new flooring for a rental. I don’t mean to sound condescending, however, sometimes it’s really difficult to find good help and the people we encountered at your store were fabulous! Daisy rang us up. We needed to order in Norco and pick up in Murietta and she made the process very easy. The store is very clean and there were so many options to choose from. It was also helpful with the sample bathrooms that were set up. All the employees that we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work! It’s obvious you take great care of your employees and treat them with much respect.”
