We were traveling to Norco for a sporting event. The person who originally pressed numbers on our jersey from back home didn't do it correctly and the numbers were peeling. The people working at Ken's on 12/1/2023 did a fantastic job of replacing the numbers, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful! We got in 10 min before closing and they took great care of us. We felt bad for coming in late but they assured us that they were happy to get it fixed. We truly appreciate this business!

If I could give this business negative stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Those ladies that run this business need Jesus. They are rude, unorganized, and entitled. When confronted they were absolutely horrible to my grandmother. Needless to say, we got our jacket back and our money, took our business elsewhere. The way they treat their customers is not worth giving them your time, business, or money.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! Spent over $500 on a varsity jacket and when I picked up it was dirty looking and just not cared for! They had it for 4 months while I waited for it to be ordered! Then had to wait for it to go to embroidery and they are so rude there too!!! Never again! They couldn't even bag the jacket or at least clean it! I seen jackets laying around in the back not cared for at all! Shame on them! I came home and cleaned it all myself! They know they are the only store around so they have the worse customer service!

We (Royal High School Football, Simi Valley, CA) had Ken's set up an online store for coaches to purchase additional coach's gear. They only gave us 2 weeks to get orders in. I got my order in for 3 items and they took my $160.62 when I completed on my online order on May 7, 2023. I have yet to receive my items. Their rep did NOT return calls from our contact person. So, I called their customer service directly. They had the order but now say the rep will get back to me. This is really poor. Please find someone else to get your organizations' gear!!!

The worst customer service ever. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. My daughter had to deal with a very rude staff member two years ago and the same issue happened to me recently. And they are overpriced compared to other places.

I had my daughters jacket done here and they did an amazing job. Everyone is friendly and great except one lady in embroidery department pretty rude and hope I don't have to deal with her again. They should have her in back doing embroidery only not interacting with customers. Also the lady candy that works here is also a great and helpful 5 stars to Candy.

I took a jacket to Kens Sporting Goods the week before Christmas to have some patches and embroidery done. Initially I was told it would be a few weeks before they could get to it because they were behind on orders. No problem. That being said, I was surprised/excited when I got a text saying it was ready to be picked up yesterday, 1/6/23. About an hour after receiving the text that it was ready, I get a call asking about size preference on one of the items to be sewn on. Now I'm confused. I ask about the text I got about it's completion and was told, "no it's not ready, but will be by the end of the day". I responded I'll just pick it in the morning, 1/7. I get to the store only to find that it's not even close to being completed, and was told there were "maintenance issues with the machine yesterday, and it couldn't be finished". Later in the day I call to ask what the new timeline is, and I'm hit with a new excuse in that "the person that's working on it is out on vacation, and it will be at least another week". At this point I don't know what to believe. Is it not ready because the machine went down, or did the person working on it say to heck with it and went in vacation early? Remember, I was contacted and told it was ready yesterday. Btw, services were paid in full at the time the order was placed.

We would not recommend U and UR's custom Embroidery. We bought new Christmas Stockings for our new home and wanted to have our names embroidered on them. We hoped to treasure the stockings for years to come in our new home. First of all the work was not completed when promised. Then they never even called once the embroidery was done. When we finally arrived to pick them up they did not even want to show them to us, just handed the bag to us and expected us to leave without looking at them. Note we had already paid for the work ahead of time. We opened the bag and wow! They put tiny letters on them that looked so ridiculous. They just said "oh...it says one inch letters on the order". However, upon placing the order we didn't specify a size because they had sample stockings hanging at the counter, and indicated we wanted them to look like that. They did not look like their samples at all. Anyways, we said how unhappy we were with the work and the owner agreed to "try and re-do them". A few days later , upon picking them up, more disappointment The letters were bigger, however some of the letters were wider stitch than others and because of damage done to the stockings while removing the small letters, they just looked like garbage. We spent a lot of money on five new stockings and embroidery only to throw them out and purchase new stockings. If you value your personal items, please don't bring them to U and UR's custom embroidery at Ken's Sporting goods. What a waste of time and money.

Terrible business! They are the only school sporting business in local area! This is why they are lazy & unprofessional! Our last letterman jacket took close to 5 months to deliver! Now a few of our athletes never received their completed uniform order & season ended last month. New season has arrived & still the athletes have yet to receive their full uniform & warmup gear, that they paid in full months ago! Zero returned phone calls or emails from Ken's Rep Jason, to give us update or refund for failed delivery of paid merchandise! This business is a hard pass! Run don't walk! This business is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I guess the Norco saying of being The American way, is just a slogan to Ken's! This business does not care about its customers after they take your money for an order! This business is our neighboring city, so we wanted them to work. To bad of their lack of professionalism. We will be taking our business to Chino!

Ordered my son’s “spirit pack” in March, it is August 26th and all I have received is 2 of the 8 items I ordered o e of which is the wrong color. They have had $355 of mine for 5 months and I am feeling defrauded. Can’t even get someone in the phone. Avoid this place at all costs.
