Found my new favorite place. Loved the fact that the technicians were not pushy for me to get other services. Very professional. To the point. I got exactly what I wanted. A friend from Pilates recommended me this place. I’ll definitely come back and make it my regular spot. Ive been so disappointed lately with other places around my house that this definitely made my day.
Requested style: I got gel manicure and regular pedicure
Cleanliness: They offered me water. Place looks clean.

This was a Mother’s/Daughter’s day pedi moment for Mother’s Day. First, we were greeted at the door and the service was exceptional! We had appointments and everything was on time. Definitely, will be back. Thank you for the valued customer experience.

I have gone to Helen at K Nails for many years. She is a very sweet and kind woman. She is very professional and has always done an excellent job with my full sets and gel manicures and pedicures. K Nails is a family run business with the majority of staff being a family member. The entire family knows what they are doing in terms of BEAUTIFUL NAILS!! The salon has a very nice ambiance and is a very comfortable place to relax while having your nails done. I highly recommend K Nails if you want your nails done. Ps; It has been on only 1 or 2 occasions, (over the many years) that any of my nails broke or came unglued. The shape of the nails are beautiful in my opinion.

This place has terrible service. They use dirty reused tools on the next client. Then over charge for everything. If they make a mistake they get upset with you instead of fixing their mistake. Their technicians are all inconsistent with their work. Whatever they use to glue your acrylic nails down lifts within a week. Seems as if they want them to lift sooner so you have to come back sooner for a fill. This place is a rip off with a bunch of bad attitudes. Don't waste your time or money here.

I've been consistently getting my nails done here for a while now and I loooove them. I started out just doing gel because it was all I really knew, but my nails were getting brittle and were always breaking/cracking. Finally, someone (I think it was Mimi) recommended I try dip and I haven't gone back to gel ever since. I've had manicures and pedicures by several of the technicians here and I'm always satisfied with their work. I brought a friend once and she loved her nails too! A few months ago, I asked for a chrome nail and within a day or two the chrome layer started to peel off. I HATE to be the person to complain and felt uncomfortable bringing it up, but I called and they said they'd be happy to fix it. When I came in, they were ready to see me immediately and explained that sometimes the chrome can come off easily. They said if I wanted something completely different they would redo all my nails, or they could just fix the two nails that were messed up. I just had them fix what had already chipped and they didn't even charge me to fix it. I was satisfied with their explanation and with the outcome as well. My nails stay in tact for 3-4 weeks which is crazy to me! I come back in because my nails are grown out, it's not because the color looks bad itself. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Kaylee is great!! She worked on my nails, then suggested builder gel, because my nails are so thin. Builder gel, has lasted for up to 5 weeks, with little to no lifting, cracking or peeling like acrylic and dip powder. She is the best!
