In my opinion don’t even waste your time coming here. The prices they charge are ridiculous.
I’m sticking to my own family mechanic I recently have been going to for months whitch is magic lathe automotive. It’s literally a block from this place.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. I've been here once before and they were GREAT , no hiccups. My second experience with them however, was a total disaster and i will never be back. They misdiagnosed my car, then added extra charges because they "mixed my car up". I was forced to spend $300 on a rental, for them to call me days later and call it a mistake. No refund and a lack of professionalism when answering questions on how they "mistook my car for another" when i have a license plate on it! They then threatened to tow my car stating it had been in the lot "too long" even though i had the money ORIGINALLY to pay for damages! This janky shop costed me $800 when my rent was due and could absolutely care less. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

They don't know what they're doing, but they'll take your money anyways. When their bad repair fails, they'll demand more money and blame the problem on the parts they install.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I found this business on line. Just moved to the area. Looked up their reviews and began to compare shops in the area.I spoke to Pilar on the phone and dealt with her.I had my water pump, thermostat, spark plugs and from you brakes replaced.So far everything I see workin fine.Pilar kept in communication and updates.Took a bit longer due to them being busy.Thanks for your help.Services: Auto water leak repair

These guys are amazing! Professional, friendly and reasonable. As a woman, I’ve often been overpriced but it wasn’t the case here. Reasonable quotes and inspection, got my camper back on the road in a timely manner!Would 100% recommend.

My car over heated and they said I needed a new thermostat housing assembly and they charged me $840. I couldn't drive it to get a second opinion so I said yes. This price is high for that work but again I couldn't drive it and obviously I needed my car. My AC wasn't working so I asked them to look at it. Got a quote of $1200 because they said the compressor was bad and they recommended that I also replace the condenser. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to my regular mechanic who had been on vacation. He checked it out and told me everything was fine and it just needed a service. The service was $180. They wanted to change out the whole system for no reason besides making money off of me. This is why people don't trust and hate mechanics. They are over priced and lied to me about what the car needed. Never going back and I will never recommend this place.

I was very pleased with the service I had received from JG Auto Services. I took my car in for a inspection and they were very thorough with the inspection. They took the time to look at every little thing.

My Jeep Renegade started to have issues New years Day. It was drivable and threw a code Cylinder 2 misfire. I changed what I could and realized it was an issue inside the motor. I work near JG Auto services, so I called and they said they could take my car in after I explained the issue. A compression test confirmed low compression so they started working on my jeep. They had my car for a month. I had a rental in the meantime. The car would’ve been finished in 3 weeks however there was an issue with their vendor. They took matters in their own hands to make sure the jeep was going to run properly. After getting the car back and one drive the fuel was leaking, which was weird because they test drove it multiple times. The car was returned and it was fixed without issues. Its running great! Although this was a stressful event, every time I called for updates I was given answers. I was also reimbursed for the last week they kept the car. Prices did not increase. There was a lot of understanding and I couldn’t appreciate that more.However they did leave oil/dirt smudges on the car. Thats after a wash. ?
