I have been going to this place for 4 years. I went today and they have a new lady who does eyebrows. She is terrible. She cut me around my eyebrows in 5 different areas. She was extremely rough and aggressive. So disappointed because I drive far just to come here. Im never getting my eyebrows done here again if that girl is the one working!

Came in at 7:00 on the dot and the lady doing eyebrows said she was closed already. Very poor customer service.

Stopped in for the first time as a walk in, and met Harry. She is a very kind and sweet lady. I will definitely be returning for sure! :)

I’ve been going to this place for awhile now and I’ve had great experiences up to the last two times. The second to the last time the lady messed up my eyebrows so I had to let them grow out and I went to someone else then I came back today since I was in town and I thought it was only one bad experience out of all the other times well I shouldn’t have came back, the same lady messed up my eyebrows again and made them very thin when I just asked for a little clean up.

Half of my eyebrow is gone. I told the lady I just need it shaped because they are already thin. She said clean up? YES! Came out with the bottom half missing. Extremely upset especially bc I've been growing my eyebrows out for years!! I'm traumatized to say the least

Poor sanitation skills. The lady licked the threading string and began to thread. The ladies are aggressive on the skin. I liked coming here in the beginning but, I didn't feel comfortable after a few times. Too mean.

Got my eyebrows done here for the first time and that was the last time … the lady complimented my eyebrows on how thick they were and I loved them before she touched them..,. Little did I know she messed up my eyebrows and made them so thin?!?! Come here if you want little to no eyebrows super disappointed… there’s a better place in Riverside don’t come here

Respectfully these ladies really need to retrain on how to thread eyebrows. I used to go to Kelly, and she was fabulous, then they said she went on vacation, but never returned. Every other person that did my eyebrows did an awful job. Botching me and creating little scabs all around the area that was threaded. Not just once but a few times. So I do not recommend going here anymore. Luckily I found Kelly across the street at the color bar. I recommend going to see her instead!

I am very sad to write this review as I loved the convenience of this location so much, I would even plan my lunches around this place the last 2 years to maintain my eyebrows and lip threading here. But this last visit left me traumatized that I just cannot bring myself to come back after such horrible service. I have the easiest shape to follow, my eyebrows are practically sharpied out you just have to folllow the line and somehow I came out it's left eyebrow completely reshaped. I was also rushed/asked how I liked them and saw so many stragglers on my right eyebrow so I asked if it could be cleaner. OMG WORST MISTAKE. She then proceeds to go back and do both eyebrows cutting both of them causing so much pain and scabbing that last two weeks to heal! And months to grow my eyebrows even again. I was a customer for a couple years but sadly I can't risk that outcome again
