I had been looking for this specific pack for sometime, as it was discontinued by the manufacturer. Unfortunately I was shipped the incorrect item, and so emailed them right away asking for a return label.Less than 24 hours later I received an email from customer service apologizing for the issue, as well as an email with a new tracking number for the correct product which they shipped out immediately.Would buy from GMI again.”

The warehouse is a wonderful establishment with loads of feathers. I had no idea there were so many choices in feathers. Linus was wonderful in showing and explaining all the different options available that would fit my budget. I decided on getting some gorgeous peacock feathers. “I love the variety of items they sale. I love going for special items that I want to gift. It is a bit pricey so that's why it's 4 for and not a 5. I do like to go by their clearance section when I visit because sometimes they have very good pricing on the items they want to clear out. Also, love when they have decorations at discounted prices or clearance. They recently had 50% of Easter items so I bought a few and 90% off St. Patrick's Day decorations. If you have space or have very good organization skills it's nice to get items at these prices. I will definitely go back for the clearance items or for special gifting ideas. I'm glad this store exists as an option.”
