Hello I just wanted to thank Luis Castillo, Service Consultant and the staff at Hemborg Ford for the great service I received. I had trouble getting my car serviced at another dealership and Hemborg Ford stepped in and fix my problem. Thanks for being an honest dealership. N Martinez.

This place might be a good place to buy a "NEW FORD" but everything else avoid don't even get any packages you'll probably never see the items or ever hear back from anyone at the dealership! I believe this place could get better but that involves Robert to take his job seriously, and stop with his dismissive side comments under others posts "will review situation" sure you are Robert how about we take this seriously!! money doesn't grow on trees, people shouldn't be getting their cars back damaged or not having the issue resolved, people shouldn't be getting surprise bill cause you think "that doesn't look right" and you double their estimate. Staff should be trained for the long run of any business if people are being told to wait when "no loaners are provided" last I checked not all fords are cheap what kind of customer service is being provided. You're here to help service the community if you can't do that you'll surely not last and that's a guarantee!!! ROBERTS BOOMBASTIC SIDEEYE

Was looking to buy my new truck online to get the best deal. I was helped by Selena in internet sales who not only met, but exceeded my expectations! Was very quick to reply to my emails, texts and phone calls to set up our deal. Was also dedicated to my customer service to make sure the vehicle I was getting fit my wants and needs. Helped me to select the perfect truck, and knew her product well! If your looking to get a great deal and best customer service when looking for a new or preowned vehicle. Purchased a 2021 Explorer fromHemborg ford back in May with less than 24,000 miles on it. Needless to say, we have had to take it back several times. Our service advisor (Evelyn) has been very professional and understanding. However, each time we have picked up our car there has been tools or parts left in the inside. This past week when we picked our vehicle up we noticed that the driver seat side panel had been broken as well as the door panel scratched. When I had the service advisor as well as the manager come out and look at the damage, the manager could care less. No apologies, just we will order a new one. Evelyn was a apologetic and confirmed that the damage wasn't there prior to the car being serviced. The manager just said that this happens sometimes when the mechanics get out of the vehicle. Personally I have never tore a side panel off while getting out of a vehicle. Just a warning that they won't take ownership if they damage your vehicle and could care less.

I'm updating my review because of the manager Robert.He really went out of his way to rectify the situation, he stayed in contact with me and followed up with me the following week to see how my vehicle was doing.I really appreciate Robert taking over the situation and apologizing for what transpired. He assured me that if I ever need to bring my vehicle back for service he would personally ensure everything goes well.Thank you Robert for providing great customer service.

I dropped my car off on 6/27 - it is now 7/14 and I just got my car back. It is a company car and I did not have a choice - the fleet company told me where to go. Upon dropping it off, I had a conversation with Jose in the service department about the issue including a recall notice. I said my car was dirty and needed an oil change. I asked if they could detail it too and he said "no problem" they would give it "the works". Here we are 17 days later - thankfully my husband picked up my car for me. I was annoyed when I discovered my car was not cleaned as we discussed. When I called Hemborg to speak with Jose, he was defensive and said he never said that and he's "sorry I misunderstood". When I clarified exactly what was said, he asked me if the conversation was over because he didn't want to keep arguing. Rude staffTakes forever Poor communication Stay away from this place!

My husband had an eye on a single truck. Hemborg Ford was the only place that had it in everything he wanted. We called to see what time they closed and Ricky said they would wait for us. We got there at 7:46. After a test drive we told Ricky and Robert our requirements in a loan. They were able to work with us and we came up with a compromise within our budget. By 9 pm we were setting up the Ford pass. My husband is so happy with his purchase and so were our kids!

I've been procrastinating on getting the first oil change on my bronco (I dread going to car dealerships) and finally got around to taking it in. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. When I called for an apt, the girl I talked to was really nice (good sign). I made an apt for 7:30 (bad idea on my part because I overslept and ended up being 10 minutes late). When I dropped my car off (still half asleep) I was immediately helped by Luis. He was great - very helpful and incredibly friendly. I'm so relieved it was such a painless experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the Service Department!

My husband and I went in to Hemborg on Monday, May 1, 2023 to look at a Ford Bronco sport with a 2.0 liter engine after having test driven a model with the 1.5 liter engine at another dealership. When we called to see if they had something like this to test drive we were helped by Miguel on the sales team who said he'd have the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. He was ready for us when we got there. Before we got into this particular vehicle I spotted a Bronco Sport that was the color I wanted but had the smaller engine. We test drove the vehicle we had ready for us but made a decision right then to buy the model with the 1.5 engine in the color I wanted. The car was already marked down and we had a vehicle to trade in so the buying process was easy. We aren't hagglers so maybe we could have gotten the price lowered even a little more but didn't try (I know, I know). We had our own financing in place and there was no pressure to look at what their financing company would offer. The gentlemen who helped with the financing after Miguel handed us off were very friendly and professional. All in all we were there for about 3 hours, which I think is excellent in comparison to the other times I've bought a car and it seems to take all day. Miguel was very helpful in pointing out all the features on the new car before we drove off the lot and helped me get the Ford Pass app on my phone so that I can use the remote lock/unlock/start features on the car. He even rode home with my husband to pick up our trade-in. The dealership was clean and the employees were friendly. We didn't take a look at all the Broncos they had in stock so I can't say how much of a variety they had. We were very satisfied with our car buying experience.
