Been working with Fernie for awhile now and realized I've never reviewed this place.Great place to get your hair salon needs. I know Fernie does a great job with men's cuts as well as women. My mother actually goes to fernie exclusively but I know that many of the other ladies there are talented and worth trying!Walk ins are not likely to find a spot, they are booked largely in advance. upwards of a week or even more. FYI. worth it it though!!

I recommend Tina she is awesome and friendly. She does amazing work on my hair. She was the only one that I would have to do my hair. Know I moved to Mesa Arizona. I sure do miss her.

I walked in today and asked if they had any open spaces it was 5:30 and it says online that they close at 7 and instead of accommodating they just said we're finishing for today and that it was just them two

The shop is clean and modern. The staff is courteous. Stacey did a wonderful job on my hair and was a pleasureto talk with. She listened to what I wanted and I got just that!!! I look forward to returning.

Fernie is AMAZINGGGGG!! I have been terrified of bleaching my hair since the last stylist fried it all. I waited until my natural color grew back and had Fernie give me a pixie cut. Turned out great! My hair kept growing since then and I went back for another trim, after I was happy w that, I definitely trusted him to do my hair. He was so careful because he knew how paranoid I was of my hair falling off so he kept checking the hair and being very delicate with it. I'm beyond happy w my results now I can dye my hair all these fun colors! But just the way he bleached it everyone's telling me to keep it blonde for a bit because he did so good! Thanks again fernie !! Xoxo

I definitely do not recommend this place for any facials, nails, and eye brow services. Today, I experienced a horrible service from the front desk receptionist. I had initially asked her a few questions about additional services the salon offers, such as; facial, nails, and eye brow services. The receptionist was quick to response "We do not provide those services at this moment." "There is only one person who provides those service but she does not have any openings to schedule bookings, nor does she have any openings for new clients." Lastly, she said, "I can not help you!" in a abrupt tone. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my customer service experience. In my perspective customers should not be treated this type way at all, nor turning customers down from the begging.

I followed my hair stylist GlorIa at this salon because she is amazing at what she does. I do like this salon because it's closer to my home and the whole vibe is just very homey. I love the fact that they're next to a donut shop and a Japanese restaurant so I can always grab a quick snack if I'm waiting on my daughters hair to be done. Gloria always makes sure that my hair looks perfect and that it would last me a few days. I always feel like a million bucks every time she styles my hair and always get compliments and people asking if my hair is real because it's just so pretty! I've went to other places in the past but I always find myself coming back to Gloria cause she really is the hair whisperer. Highly recommended!

Artists! Color Geniuses! If you need highlights, lowlights, color correction, need to go from black to highlights in a hurry safely, you need to see Katie Monreal or Lindsay Garland here. You just won't find any better girls.
