“Normally I wouldn’t give a review because of the previous experiences from this Store In particular but tonight I didn’t feel like driving to the more Diverse Staters on Hidden Valley. I went Back to this Stater Bros to grab a few items & my Cashier was AVA & the young man bagging my groceries name was ANGEL when I tell you their customer service & conversation was excellent. I actually felt like a Respected Customer a FIRST & I’ve been shopping here since 2009 terrible experiences in the past ~ but these Two here Cashier AVA & Bagger Angel definitely made me reconsider spending my money here again. I’m proud of this Location for Hiring some better Diverse Friendly employees who display like there happy to be & work their greeting was welcoming they both had great energy conversational. The older Clerks are grumpy never smile seem like they hate their jobs or there sterotyping based off RACE. I will definitely return now that I’ve seen change & again thx you AVA & ANGEL for outstanding Customer Service & making me feel like a Colored Valued Customer @ my home store location? there was a welcoming presence to return again?????”

“some of the Associates are nice Accept the heavy set women who cooks the food was very unprofessional very rude and I feel she has something against white people mistreated rolled her eyes and had a problem giving me what I asked for this behavior is very Unacceptable she should be fired or re trained on Customer service my partner left the store without her parole and had to go else where Feb 13 time 5:00pm this happened”

“This location has been my go to for over 20 years but to be honest I never even thought about giving it a yelp review until today. Luke thank you for being so kind when I made a mess in your isle. Helping me with the water I busted open. Running up and helping me was amazing. Omar, thank you for always being so awesome when it comes to helping me out with any weird or needy requests I have of you. Sean, thank you for always making me laugh, you are awesome brother. And Evan, thank you for being so helpful bagging up my groceries. Today was an awesome experience. There have been many awesome people that have worked here through the years and there are many other people that are awesome that still work there to this day. But if you are in the area and need a grocery store this is the place to be.”
