“I come in to this location off River road a couple times a week in the morning around 7 to 8 am and always see the same girl Madison working up at the front. Everytime I see her working I am greeted with a smile on her face, if I found everything I needed, and wishing me a great day. She always goes the extra mile to help me out and has the best customer service up front that I have seen in a long time from this location, she leads with a great example to the rest of the store that is lacking customer service!! I have seen her do this with other customers, as well as helping keep the store clean. just wanted to give her acknowledgment there's not that many great workers out there I hope you guys promote her or recognize her in some sort of way! Great workers like this make me want to continue shopping at your beautiful store.”

“some of the Associates are nice Accept the heavy set women who cooks the food was very unprofessional very rude and I feel she has something against white people mistreated rolled her eyes and had a problem giving me what I asked for this behavior is very Unacceptable she should be fired or re trained on Customer service my partner left the store without her parole and had to go else where Feb 13 time 5:00pm this happened”
“Went to Winco for stuff to make a pizzas. They had no raw dough. I went and asked a staff member near by they said ask deli. I went to the deli counter and waited ask and the lady response was, " I can't look, I'm the only working right now ho as the customer service!" So I walked from the back of the store to the store. Lucky 2 ladies were working a Miss. Bethany went ahead and checked for me in the back and looked for me in the store while I keeper shopping to hand me that raw dough that I needed. To see someone else from a different department go find me an item is beyond great customer service. At first I was upset how the deli counter lady dismissed me. I will continue shopping here. Thank you Miss. Bethany for going out your way to get me my pizza dough!”
